      I, like many others have a whole warehouse full of constant issues that i deal with daily. Ive seen multiple therapists over the years. A friend highly recommended the team at Psycological Preventative Health Therapy, so i decided to check them out. I decided to book an appointment with *******. I was apprehensive at first that shed be able to understand what i was going through and to be able to help. Quickly, she gained my trust and was able to help me understand and navigate things that were going on and why. But most importantly, she helped me resolve the issues! Im not exaggerating by saying this, but she has helped me change my life and Im forever grateful and indebted to her.
