I purchased a 2007 ********** from this business, and it broke on me next day I contacted the business to let them know there's nothing they can do about it. I had this vehicle for almost a year, and I still have not been able to drive it. I've gone back to the business several times trying to get the help.

We are sorry you are still having trouble. As you know, we have recently been there to try and help but the vehicle was locked with the keys inside so there was nothing we could do, also this complaint was registered that same day. Triple A also attempted to access the vehicle and was not able to do so.  As we stated to you when we were there, we are willing to look at it when there is access to the vehicle.  While we understand the customers frustration and have tried to be helpful, it is important to remember that all used cars are sold AS IS whereas there are no guarantees or warranties of any kind from the dealer. A "service contract" from a third parry company is always available and recommended at the time of sale which is for this type of issue.  In this case the service contract was declined by the customer.

Yes, please proceed. You stated that you are willing to help but I did not hear back from you and have been trying to get help from day one since I purchased the vehicle and nothing is happening. I was NEVER offered a warranty. There should be some kind of guarantee I drive the vehicle off the lot and was never able to drive it again. I Need something more than just oh well too bad so sad As Is. I have purchased several other vehicles from you that barely last me 6 months but at least I had time with those. This is very unacceptable especially after I stated that I trust you as a car dealership. You let me down. You should have a mechanic to check your vehicles before selling them.

This is the second time I bought a car from a lot of cars and the first time I was stuck with a car that had major engine problems with engine check light on after I left I still owed 2,000$ on a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder that was broken down and instead of having a repo on my credit I was able to work out a deal to turn my car in for another car a 2013 Mazda 3 and I have only had it a few days and have barley driven it and I just went to start up the car and bam check engine light is on I was promised there was no problem with this car and that there was no mechanical issues or engine issues which clearly is false I can not believe I got ripped off again by this company
