    On February 5th, **** I purchased a 4 pack of pre-workout powder for $135.00. I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order. I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged for my oder. When I reviewed my oder history on the 4 Gauge Fitness web page on my account page, it shows that I did not place an order. It shows my last order being from June of last year. I have tried reaching out to the company via phone 4 times, and only getting a voice-mail. The voice-mail says they will get back to me promptly. They never have called me back. I have also emailed them 3 times, with no response. And I have even sent them a text message with no response back from them. The last phone call i made i had to leave another voice-mail and I told them i would be contacting the BBB if I didnt hear back from them by the next business day, Monday 12, ****. My last voicemail that I left for them was on Friday the 9th. I tried to call them back one more time today, but got another voice-mail again. I have yet to hear from a live person. I want my money refunded to me and an explanation for the lack of service. I unfortunately have no oder number to give their website shows I never placed one, even though my bank account shows a debit charge of $135.00. I have never had any issues with 4 Gauge Fitness in the past and I have no idea why this is happening now.
