    I had purchased a Salomon pair of shoes that did not last as they should have and filed a claim. The warranty claim is ******** and was approved thus providing an $80 voucher.
    The voucher forces you to buy items on Salomon's website which honestly has prices inflated vs other sites.
    I only used the voucher for $40, and was unable to redeem the balance subsequently.
    Customer service is stating that it is a one time use and that it was disclosed (via fine print).
    This is an uncommon and terrible customer experience.

    I purchased shoes online and they still haven't got here a month later. When you called the company they send you to some place that they don't speak English and when you ask to speak somebody who can speak English they say that they can't. I got hung up on twice because they are not allowed to send you to their manager to get your issues resolved. Bad company who hires cheaply from out of state!

    I would be happy to help, but I need a bit more information.  I am assuming the order was for Salomon shoes as Amer Sports does own several brands, but Salomon is the biggest shoe seller.  I looked for orders placed under email listed in the complaint and by the name, but I could not find an order.  When you ordered from Salomon.com, you should have received an email with and order number and if ordered from us the order number would be something like this, SLNUSEN149....There would  be a total of 7 numbers after the letters.  Please provide that number and I can help.  As for our customer service center, they are located in ****, ****, but all agents do speak English.

    Hello, I placed an order for their Salomon products online with order SLNUSEN1256185 Has not yet been delivered. A lost claim with *** was filed and upon speaking to them, it seems like there was an error with delivery. ******** was asked to either refund or redeliver the order as these are gift and my time is limited. It has been a few weeks and no resolution has been provided. Please resolve issue immediately to avoid further escalation. Thanks

    I did find two contacts with our **************** Team.  They did advise the normal wait period for *** to "investigate" the mis-delivery.  I did refund in advance of the response from ***.

    I placed my order on 10-14-2022. This order was paid for via Pay Pal and has cleared my account. I have not received any verification from Amer Sports Winter & Outdoor company. I have requested verification and tracking for this purchase. After reviewing comments and complaints on this site, I feel sure there us a pattern that has developed here that is not being addressed. I see a lot of blame on shipping companies referred to as *** one can assume that is **** I have made several calls and sent emails to the customer service email. The phone calls go to a line that has apparently been disconnected (no ring, no answer). I would like to have my funds refunded as soon as possible due to absolute loss of faith and in fairness and really bad track record by **** Sports. Total refund should be $278.20 USD

    Amer Sports has several brands, Salomon, Atomic, Armada, Peak Performance and we recently sold Suunto.  I looked in all our system for payment for any brand and in PayPal system and I could not find any record of an order under the name *************************** or the email:  *************************.  You did not mention the brand or an order number.  Could you please provide that and I can investigate further?  I also looked for a record of a call or email to our *************************** and could find nothing there either.  Our telephone number to CS is *********** (8AM-3:30PM MDT, Mon - Fri) and this is listed on the site and you will get a human being and not a recording.  There are about 15 agents that are there to answer calls or chats or emails.  Please provide more information

    I ordered a pair of work boots from the company expedited and the boots were never delivered. I sent the company email this response.This message is a formal intent to pursue damages notice. I have been in contact with several customer service agents of your ********************** with no resolve of the issue of an internal problem between your company and the shipping company for delivery of a product. I have requested a full refund or a new package to be shipped to a location that I can personally pick up the item and was declined. Your product was needed as a requirement to perform my job and missed work *** result due to the delay. I feel I was robbed by your company at this point there was no run around for payment to be collected for services not rendered. At the time of delivery stated by your shipping company there is no activity by my home camera system so I will not only be filing a police report for theft but I will be contacting legal counsel as well as the better business bureau.

    The order was placed on Thursday, Sept 29 and delivered by *** the next day, per their delivery scan.  Where it was delivered?  no idea.  We have record of a phone call from customer and emails to customer on Monday, Oct 3, stating we are researching his issue.  Our CS office is not open over the weekend.  We did open an inquiry with *** and they stated delivered, again to where, we do not know.  We have already issued a full refund (including shipping cost) on Tuesday, Oct. 4 and he was sent an email on this date, to inform, as well.  This really could not have been resolved any sooner as we need to give *** a chance to rectify.  We normally wait even longer than one day.
