I found this company Evalogue.life to write my Dad's life story in November of 2021. Rachel Trotter LLC is the independent contractor according to the company. I did not sign a contract, I thought I was working with the company. Rachel printed the version of the book that was incorrect. We have been on so many phone calls and so many Google docs together and every time I have corrected her she has not saved it properly or her program did not save it properly and according to her she did. With all the excuses she keeps giving me and she keeps dragging this on and as of June when we received the book she printed and I told her it was the wrong and incorrect version she said she would correct it. She said she did and mailed me 1! I have paid $6745.00 for which $200 was for 10 books(which we agreed, but she then said five), $600 for 6 videos($100 each). That's $800 out of the amount I paid and she kept wanting more money, so I kept paying her to get the book. I told her that I wanted a refund because I ended up writing the book she put in her program. I feel she scammed me out of $5000. Storyworth.com was $245 .
