    Actually wanted to leave no stars, but site requires at least one. The management doesn't respond to requests for repairs. Apartment had leak under kitchen sink reported to management for repair the wood cabinet totally was saturated black and moldy soggy rotted. Furniture in individual room was noticed to be broken prior to move in and reported, no repairs or replacement made. Window in individual room was also noticed as broken prior to moving in and reported, again no replacement, management finally sent employee to tape the window after several months of request to get replaced glass. Carpet was smelly and dirty so we shampooed it on our own several times before the water wasn't black any more. The individual room walls were smudged stained and were washed several times the week of move in. The management for months failed to give a permanent parking pass for the residents lot. Because of their limited hours and busy student work and class schedule the car was booted twice REQUIRING $70.00 each time to get it removed no help from management. Run down facilities and pool was down for a good part of rental time there. Upon moving out was charged $120.00 for the same dirty wall upon moving in. Nothing a fresh coat of paint that a $30 can of paint could cover. And their grievance process is delayed up to two weeks after they send your final statement before they even review your appeal leaving you at the peril of collections. ONLy benefit is location for student close to *** campus and transportation. Do not rent from this place.

    This place is dirty, the room ******** has everything broken/damaged. Management is non compliant, we requested the number to corporate and they totally refused to provided. The office staff are so rude. The office is dirty the staff ladies are dressed inappropriate showing too much skin. They have bad attitude when communicating. I totally feel this place is scamming students and no one is listening.
