      Purchased product from this company. Shouldve read reviews before. 3/4 items were shipped correct but delayed. The 4th item was shipped incorrect. Received on January 8th. Today is January ******* still not received the correct item and have to reach out myself to get an update which winds up being weve reached out to the manufacturer. 20 days after receiving the wrong item and still no solution. Only can text them. They have no other contact information.

      11/27/2024 i ordered rear quarter panel decals, they shipped them and got lost in shipping, I never received them. Went through the trouble of getting in touch with them and requesting a refund and instead they sent me another package which shipped out by them 12/31/24 and i have yet to receive. So I sent them another message asking for my package and they said it will be here 1/9/24 and it never came. They keep saying it's in transit and won't give me a refund. Just keep telling me it's on the way. I just want a refund which they refuse.

      On August 19, 2022, I purchased Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps from 4Runner Lifestyle for $169.99.
      These were advertised as genuine carbon fiber, and top quality products, unlike similar looking products which are made of plastic, but are much cheaper (around $50.00).
      A few weeks ago, I noticed y mirror caps started to peel off. At first, I thought I was goo or tree sap, I tried to clean it, only to make it worse (see attached pictures).
      I went to the 4Runner Lifestyle website and I learned a couple of things:
      1) The website vouches for the quality of the product, and claims that if anything happens, they will have them replaced (see attached screen capture).
      2) This seems to be a fairly common problem, because several customers have reported the same issue, and have uploaded pictures who look even worse than my mirror caps.
      I contacted 4Runner Lifestyle on July 1, 8, and 16, about this issue and have received no response.
      I have a long history of purchasing products from them. Going for weeks without answering an email is a very poor practice and I am disappointed. I have seen comments on Reddit about this company behaving this way. I am reaching out to BBB to see if I can get any help.

      I would appreciate someone from your company to reach out to me by answering to my previous emails (order number *****) and address the issue there.

      I rather not handle this over the phone. Again, there are multiple emails sent to the exact email address, that went unanswered. My attachments show just that. 

      This is just very odd: your team is not answering emails. It's that simple.

      Ordered parts for a vehicle that was delayed in the delivery. I then realized some parts didnt fit and or werent necessary for operational use. Additionally I attempted to contact their **************** and I only have the option of text messages that take 30 minutes to a day for a response. When I was contacted I was instructed to take pictures of the items which I had to unbox and open the items. I have spent over $10,000.00 with this company and the products I which to return for a refund total at $1,500.00 or less.

      Order #******. i purchased Tail lights for $332.49 plus tax on 6/22/24.. i received them and attempted to install them. i couldnt even install them due to the rough plastic and jagged edges the lights had.. It even cut into my paint.. Also the right light didnt properly fit into the tail light space scratching the bottom of the car.. there is suppose to be space between the lights and the bottom of the light car mold but wasnt any; hence, the light being defective couldnt install due to irregular molding..i contacted the company via txt and even sent them pictures.. i have included the pictures in the complaint.. you can see their backlight making contact with the bottom of the car molding scratching my car.. their response was that is the way it is suppose to fit. I explained it wont fit and damages to my car. The company even said it was my fault they do not fit properly.. I get their policy states they cannot return installed items; but if i cant even install them and are defective why cant they be retuned. The person behind the txting back in forth is ******. This person shows no remorse or hasnt even attempted to fix this problem. i asked for a manager or even to call me but no response to those questions. I received another txt today 7/8/24 The product is not defective and that is why we are unable to return it. Yet i showed them how defective the product is to no avail.. Want my money back due to defective product and cant even install them. What am i going to do with a defective product, i cant even resell it because i dont want to damage another persons truck..

Sporadically they will respond via scripted text message with no detail or status.

      Paid $160.93 for 2 in-stock items on order #****** and received order confirmation on January 18, **** at 12:21pm CT stating that items were being prepared for shipment. I received a second email on January 19, **** at 11:21am CT stating that my order was on its way and was provided with **** tracking number ********************** and that the label has been created. Currently, it is the 3rd business day and, per **** site and phone call to **** on January 23rd at 11:40a CT, company has not given the order to **** and they are not experiencing any weather delays. I sent email to 4Runner LifeStyle and have not received a response back. I would like for someone to call me and ship the items that I paid for as overnight delivery.

      I placed an order for a snorkel order #******. In the amount of $627.00.       Per 4runner Lifestyle return policy, I sent and email with the order number and stated I needed to return some items that were undamaged and still in original packaging. Shanice, their employee, asked me to take photos of the item. There is nothing in their return policy about taking photos. She will not send me a return label unless I take photos. I told her I had already packaged the box and that it is not in their policy to take photos. I am following their return policy and now they are not cooperating. I would like BBB to step in and help get a return label as posted in the their return policy. If they want photos they need to change their policy on their website. They do not offer a phone number to contact, just email.

      Hello - we are so sorry for the issues! We do need photos just to verify that the item hasn't been installed, or damaged as per our return policy. We have to verify because we cannot return something that has been installed on a vehicle, as we do not sell used items to any of our customers. 

      Our customer support manager personally got this taken care of, and the return is now on the way and will be processed when it arrives at our warehouse in Utah!

      In there company return policy it does not mention anything about taking photos. I have already explained several times to Shanice that the items are unopened undamaged and in original packaging. They refuse to follow their return policy. 

      I've attached their return policy as proof of my claim. They need to follow their return policy and not make up policy that is not posted. If they want photos they need to change their policy. I will be shipping the items back today and I expect a full refund of items returned. Once my package arrives they will be able to see I am not lying and in compliance of their policy.

      I ordered an item (Rinsekit Pro) from them on March 19th that included an item I never received for $409.90 (order #*****). Initially they said it shipped and then through messaging back and forth they said it takes three weeks to ship. After waiting three weeks and never receiving it I reached out again, and they said they would take care of it. Nothing ever showed up so I reached out once more, they claimed they were working on it but have since ignored any messages over the last 2-3 weeks. I have asked for a refund and all correspondence has stopped since. It seems like they are just done handling the issues and no resolution is going to be made on their end. I just want my money back at this point or at least someone from the company to reach out and help come to a resolution.

      First off, we completely take responsibility for this and unfortunately were at the mercy of supply chain for this issue. We were promised a shipment that got delayed! 

      With that being said, we have worked with *** to get this resolved and she has received a full refund, and we have sent her a free swag pack for the issues. This is every abnormal for **, so we are doing everything in our power to make it right. I spoke with *** and she is satisfied and will continue to be a great customer for us.
