    ****** may be good at what he does but is racist and disrespectful to immigrants. I, an ********, called him on the phone and explained my issues and that my wife would be bringing her car in, and he was very polite and happy. I was actually excited to have him work on our car, he seemed knowledgable and very nice. However, when my wife arrived, he was very disrespectful the moment my wife opened her mouth. She is fluent in English and I gave her my exact words that I told him on the phone for her to say just to remind him. He said that I had called in the morning, which I hadn't, I had called in the afternoon and my wife came in a little bit later. We were not aware that it closed at 5, but my wife was confused, and ****** started humiliating her when he said that it wouldn't be ready today. Unfortunately, racism still exists, and it runs deep in this establishment. If someone wants service from someone who humiliates and belittles people according to their class, race, or ethnicity, that is the consumer's choice, but he does not deserve our business.
