      Originally contacted Vivint to cancel home alarm services August 4 2024. I was put on hold numerous times, transferred, delayed, tried to get me to sign a new "special deal" on 3 separate occasions. Finally, I was told they had to read me a script to cancel. They would not read the script.- on 2 separate occasions. These conversations totaled over 2 hours of the same treatment. I had to cancel the draft thru my bank, after stating for their "recorded call" to cancel services at my address effective immediately. I began receiving multiple calls per day regarding "past dues". No one would admit to having any notes about cancellation requests, I was told there's a form I had to sign, which I did immediately. They said it takes 30 days for cancellation to go thru. I am still receiving bills with ever-increasing amounts and just spent 22 minutes on the phone, yet again. They're still insisting I pay for 3 full months thru October. I am concerned they will try to place for collection.
