To whom it may concern: I am writing to dispute a charge of $467 on my FICO credit report that was once removed off two of my Experian and TransUnion account when I was with/under the Lexington Law firm from two in a half year. Now that I no longer with the Lexington Law firm, the company Mountain Run Solutions add the $467 back on my FICO credit. The $467 charge goes back to over 12 years. I sold my house back in 2011. In 2020 is when I received a letter from Mountain Run that indicated I had a balance. I even tried to work with Mountain Run to make payments because I wasnt aware of a balance was due for payment. They were not negotiable with me making any payments they wanted the funds in full. I wasnt aware that a company can collect a debit after 10 years. Can someone explain how can something be removed off your credit when Im paying the law firm to so call fixed my credit but when I stop paying them the hard inquiry be back on my FICO score? Please remove the hard inquiries back off my credit score since the charge is over 12 years or longer. Please help me.

I am rejecting this response because: I still want the hard inquiry to be removed from my FICO score. The charge is over 12 years old. I think this is not fair.

Dear Better Business Mountain Run Solutions LLC, and ****************** LLC is illegally trying to collect a debt where no debt is owed to Monitronics from 2015 for $1412.Monitronics was going to install a new alarm system in early 2015, but never completed the work. It was too complicated for them and although they had started to bill me the monthly fee for many months while they tried to get it working, they just gave up and reversed all existing charges to a balance of $0. Monitornics eventually went bankrupt and sold all of their accounts to Mountain Run LLC, a collection agency, including mine with a $0 balance. But they decided to unilaterally reverse all of the credits they provided for a non-working system to $1412. They cannot do this. But they still tried to collect. After the 7 yrs limit on negative information on my credit report as required by Fair Credit Act, they instead sold the claim to a new company ****************** LLC, but have still never removed their negative reporting to my credit record. Very unethical. They added a new negative claim on my credit report long after when they first bough all accounts, even though there was no balance. No there was never anything due and they know this is time barred. Also, this collection would also be time barred to seven years and we are now well beyond 8 years. This must be removed and my credit restored.Note that both of these companies have caused me undue damages, in greatly lowered FICO credit scores, loss of credit access, reduction in credit lines and expenses for a $0 due debt. Also note it appears that Mountain Run and Zion Debt Holding are in cahoots with each other and Monitornics to fraudulently extort money out of old customers. You will see many bad claims about both on BBB.Please investigate and do what you do for both Mountain Run Solutions and Zion Debt Holding. Thanks -***

In *********************************************************** a class action lawsuit. The account was cancelled however somewhere in the company being bought by ****** the cancellation was lost. For NINE YEARS these people have relentlessly harassed me for a debt I do not owe. Now they are calling themselves Zions Debt Holding LLC and have refilled it again for a debt that should be legally removed from my credit reports. This debt is NINE YEARS OLD. How can they keep doing this is beyond me. Seeking legal action for harassment and undue emotional distress.I am a disabled senior citizen who does not deserve to be treated this way over a debt from nine years ago.

In used to own a rental property and the tenant wanted Brinks security on the property. Brinks security told her and myself that she could not have something installed on a home that does not belong to her. So the landlord, myself at the time, had to give ****** security permission just to install on the property. They repeatedly told me I was only signing for permission to install. I was NOT responsible for payment. the home was later transferred into her name after many years of living there. Well in 2020, the new homeowner passed away during covid. her name was *****************************. She owned the home when she passed. Now Mountain Run Solutions is trying to make me responsible for her bill. I even explained to them the situation. I have it in full text that their response was "well it ***** to be you". This last text between us took place on Oct. 18th 2022. I am tired of being harassed from first Brinks, and now Mountain Run Solutions. I have very good credit and my bills arer always paid.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told repeatedly at signing that my signature was JUST for allowing them to install. NOT for any type of responsibility to pay. at the time ***************************** passed away, I no longer even owned the home. She did. So I had no idea what she continued to keep paying. Nor did I ever know. The issue seemed to be understood when ****** contacted me and I assumed it was over. Then I get sent to a collection agency. So I signed as landlord only. That was my agreement with Brinks.

The company in complaint is mountain run solutions. I have an Alleged debt from brinks security. That has gone to collections. My aunt and I received a text on July 8th about it. My aunt is not on that policy. Brinks is a home security company and my aunt is an emergency contact for me since I don't have any family here in ********. But her signature or any financial information is not on that contract. She should not be tied financially in any way. I called and asked them for a debt validation letter. I did not receive anything and forgot about it. On August 15 i received another text and stating that they would be reporting the account to the credit bureau on August 19th if action was not taken. I called immediately and I asked for validation of the debt to which they just sent me a packet of their own alleged payment amount. That packet arrived August 23rd They didn't include any original bills but they included a copy of the contract with no billing history. The only date regarding the debt is 11/6/2020. I didn't even live in the property the debt is regarding at this time. I called again to say I don't believe this debt is correct please send me info with an original bill and breakdown. Today on August 25th they put this dispute on my aunts credit. She's not on the contract and I've already started disputing this. There was no reason for that. And there's no information that can allude this being an acceptable action. The paperwork with My aunt's name even shows that she is a secondary contact but not a customer. The top corner of the electronic signature disclosure only has my name. The actual contract only has my name. She is not anywhere on the customer information side. My credit seems to have not taken a hit yet as it should be because we are in dispute. My aunt should in no way be involved in this.

Just received a text threat from https://*******************/***********-los-feliz-********-food-menu regarding a debt they bought from an alarm company we had service with on our old house we lived in over 8 years ago. Theyre threatening to report to the credit service is we dont pay close to 500 colors by the 19th. We had this same issue when we first moved and spoke with provider and they realized the mistake and to not worry about it anymore. Now out of the blue this company is demanding payment for service we canceled and never used. No calls, no emails, no mail in regards to them buying the owed money for services we never used.
