RedX Sells Fake, Useless ******* Refuses Refunds I purchased RedXs lead service expecting quality, responsive leads, but what I received was a waste of time and money. My cold caller made 700 calls per day, and not a single person picked uponly voicemails. This is a clear pattern of RedX selling outdated, misrepresented leads. Many numbers were business lines, not actual homeowner contacts, making their data completely unreliable. When I reached out to RedX, their response was dismissive. They pointed to their terms of service, which state they assume no responsibility for inaccurate information and that leads are provided as is. This is a blatant scamthey knowingly sell bad data, refuse to stand behind their service, and hide behind legal jargon to avoid issuing refunds. This is not what I paid for. No legitimate business should be able to take money, deliver garbage, and tell the customer, Too bad, you agreed to our terms. That is not how honest companies operate.I have used similar services, and answer rates were significantly higher. RedXs leads have a 0% response rate and are misclassified (business numbers instead of real estate leads)meaning they are recycling bad data or worse, scamming people.I requested a prorated refund for the unusable leads, but RedX has ignored my request. Since they refuse to do the right thing, I will dispute the charge with my bank and file complaints with the BBB, the ***** and my states Attorney General. This review stays up until I get my refund. If RedX wants to avoid further action and bad publicity, they need to refund me. Otherwise, I will make sure every potential customer sees this before wasting money on this fraudulent ********** not buy from RedX. They are a scam.

I have never owned a home and I am on the DNC list. Recently, RedX has sold my number to various relators to try to help me sell my non-existent home. I've contacted RedX to have them remove my number from their list, but I'm still being flooded with calls from people they've already sold my number to. They never should have had my number in their database to begin with. They are selling inaccurate information and setting up their customer's for lawsuits by including DNC list individuals.
