5 starsVery professional they fix what you need without trying to take advantage. They take you around and show you what needs to be repaired so you are aware of what actually needs to be fixed. I had someone tell me something could not be repaired and they are going to fix it for me I have always been satisfied with them and always call them for anything I need repaired in my home. They installed a new air and heating system and a hot water heater and I have them maintenance it and have always been impressed with everything they do.Review fromAmber R

5 starsWe had so many things need work at the same time, the cost and disruption was just horrific. One was a brand new water heater in an apartment above our new garage that we cant rent due to city codes. Every time we used the hot water, a sulfur smell chased us out, and we had to empty the water heater tank each time we used it. The only option was to go tankless, and the only tankless that would work was a gas one. We had to have a gas line installed. In order to avoid the newly poured cement, we had to trench most of our back yard. Doing it ourselves with the huge river rocks under our lawn would have taken years. We had to call the experts. We had a team of four working nearly every day for about a week, and they worked HARD. With temperatures in the 100s, and two days hitting 105, it was a lot to ask, but the team did it like they werent even hitting their full stride yet. They brought their own food and water, but if it gets that hot and you have a shade canopy where theyll be working, please put it up for them. They will decline it, but it helps so much when it gets that hot around here. Just do it. They deserve any breaks they can get-seriously. They had all the right equipment, including a professional trencher they drove carefully through the yard. Of course they broke a few sprinkler pipes, which was unavoidable, but easy to fix with the hole open. Clean, respectful, they always wore their little booties in the house when they replaced the water softener in the main basement. They had to put one in the extension, too, and the space there was so cramped, they suggested it and the tankless unit be installed in the garage. It was something I wouldnt even have considered, and is so much better! Saves us dragging 40 or 50 pound bags of salt up 19 stairs to the apartment, and is accessible for any maintenance required as we go forward. I especially appreciated them ordering a smaller, square salt barrel for the apartment. I recommend Any Hour, anytime.Review fromJohn B

1 starI contacted any hour explained that I was exchanging my bathroom fixture, I explained that almost everything was removed but that I had two nuts that I didn't have the right tool. I was informed that since I had done most of the work it wouldn't be that much and that they had a $39 dollar fee. when the tech showed up he said that they had a MINIMUM charge of $189. To loosen two nuts! That's a day and a half of work for me, and it would have taken him a half hour. This is bait and switch. I should have been told on the phone about the minimum charge!Review fromLisa G

5 starsI received excellent service from ***************** Their employee ***************************** spent 2 long days completing rewiring my sprinkler system including my required pump and testing to make sure everything was working. He discovered another problem I have which I will schedule to have it fixed. I was so impressed with everyone & keeping me posted and informed. I worked with ************************* from Any Hour to complete a bunch of electrical work at the house I moved into recently. The house was built in the fifties, so it needed a lot of work. He came each day on time and put in very full days every time he was here. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was also so sweet with my cats! People like **** are what make working with Any Hour so amazing! Thanks for your efforts! (:

I contacted Any Hour to install a new thermostat. *************************** was the technician assigned to the job. He installed the thermostat and took the time to review the app and the device's functionalities. During this process, he noticed my A/C was struggling to run efficiently. Upon further investigation, he identified that I would need a new furnace and A/C unit. He even took pictures of what was happening inside the furnace and showed me what I should and shouldn't see. To install the A/C unit, he needed to scope out the current unit on the roof. When he didn't hear from property management (as I had informed him he would), he was proactive and asked if he could call them to obtain the information needed to access the roof. This helped me out considerably and removed me as the middleman. He received the access code and arrived the following week to scope the unit and roof access. **** was fantastic to work with, and his proactiveness is greatly appreciated, relieving me of one more task and keeping the job moving forward so the installations could occur timely.Any Hour Services
