    During checkout my 75 year old mother got fraudulently subscribed to there oily subscriptions. She was charged **** on 1/2, 1/12, and 2/2. Thats 30 dollars in 30 days. She received nothing in return for this service. On 2/2 when the 3rd charge was taken we immediately contacted Rocky Mountain Oils and informed its not there policy to refund an unused subscription. 3 emails and all request to cancel the subscription was ignored by **** 3 times in writing I requested the subscription cancelled and each time *** responded with subterfuge. In addition all of my complaints were not only dismissed but completely ignored. I understand youve already stolen the ********************************************************************************************************* fraudulent monthly subscriptions but at least allow me to cancel! My entire family has used this company for over 5 years and now over 30 dollars youve also 12 customers. Scammers and thieves!
