Not a company I would recommend for multiple reasons. Their customer service is all automated and I am unable to reach a real person after calling and emailing multiple times. I am past the estimated shipping window on my order and cannot reach out to see what is going on. I have no idea when my order will even ship. They make no effort to reach out to you or resolve any issues. Would not do business with them again.

I have purchased parts several times from Delta Team Tactical. While I appreciate the price, the customer service is ridiculous. It took over three months for me to get a lower from them. They took my money right away, and then it was weeks before I ever got an update, which was just a form e-mail sent in mass making excuses talking about how they are busy and are trying. But then about a month and a half in, they ran another clearance special on the exact part I was waiting on. So what, while they can't deliver mine they sell another hundred more? Eventually I got another form e-mail saying that they are working on it and want to make it right, they included a number to call. The number was automated, I couldn't get to an actual human being. No one attempted to make it right. After a little more than three months, my product finally arrived. If I was considering a low cost AR / glock part provider I would go with AR Industries, they are in the same general area as Delta Team, Charge low prices, and actually seem like they want your business.DeltaTeamTactical.com

This review is solely based on communication. I placed an order feb 25th. Today is now March 22nd. *** reached out via email to see if they have my FFL info. Mainly because clearly states item will not be shipped until they have it and my FFL has not been contacted. I have not gotten a response other than default email acknowledgements and several sale ads via email. Tried calling numerous of times. Maybe they are short staffed and back logged and I will get my item in the next few months. By now Im not even exited about the build I hate I tried to save a few dollars. They do seem to have stuff at a eye catching price point but in the future this will probably be my last purchase.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Delta Team Tactical is dropping the ******* I was sent damaged parts. I am having great difficulty getting them to respond to my issue with the damaged part they shipped to me. I would like a refund or a replacement. Otherwise they can have my entire order back! I have no use for a company that cant send quality components.DeltaTeamTactical.com

I, like others, placed my order DT839235 with this company on 2/3 and it shows being received on 2/6, to not receive the products ordered. I am a patient person, but like others whom have emailed or tried to call them to no avail, just want my items shipped. I received another email from them today, 3/21, saying my order is being processed, but no anticipated ship date. My FFL dealer has sent their license to them many times, so I know that is not the problem. The items ordered are repeatedly shown to be in stock in numerous emails advertised by this company, so where are they, and why have they not been shipped yet. Please have them respond to me ASAP with my shipping information!!!!DeltaTeamTactical.com

I recently ordered an LR-308 upper and lower receiver from Delta Team Tactical that took a whole 2 months to get all parts. I took the gun to a range to run some ammo thru it only to find it would NOT feed rounds properly. I consulted a trusted gunsmith and was told I was lucky I wasn't injured!!! The feed ramp for bullets in the chamber was distorted and the 2 rounds I did manage to fire, did so with improperly seating inside the chamber! I had to order a NEW barrel to prevent potential injury or worse with a poor upper receiver! AND I actually paid an extra $49.99 to have it test fired! Obviously, it was NOT!! After repeated attempts to contact DTT with no avail, I started looking at reviews from previous customers and found mostly horrible experiences. Well add mine to the list because I already see I've been had like so many others!!!DeltaTeamTactical.com

I have been shopping at Delta tactical for years. But this is worse and longest for anyone to Ship an item out. I ordered same exact serialized lower and recieved it in 3 days. My friend and I ordered same item and he has been waiting for 18 days now and still nothing. Also it's hard to get a hold of someone. Doesn't matter what time or day. Thier branded products don't necessarily have the fit and finish of more expensive brands, but that can be fine for budget builds. Unfortunately, when parts are of completely sub-par quality, the company is not very responsive to address the issues despite the well sounding "warranty" listed on their website. I attempted to reach out via email and social media multiple times, but the company will not respond.DeltaTeamTactical.com

My order did take a while to come in, however when I reached out I found out that the team was at 1/3 capacity. When my order arrived I received a defective red dot sight, which they returned no questions and offered 3 options to make it right. *** was a big help in processing my return and making it a smooth processDeltaTeamTactical.com
