    These scum bags 6 months after I made a purchase charged a $39.99 fee as of the other day thinking I wouldn’t notice but I did! I have reached out to them on everything and NO reply, NOTHING! This unethical company is illegally throwing in charges to past customers thinking they can fraudulently steal from us and us not seeing it! This is 100% fraud and illegal and theft, as matter of fact the amount they are doing in total to each customer is probably grand theft which should put them in prison! This company is fraud and needs to be not only out of business but a class action lawsuit needs to be filed and take these thieves to court! I have already started a dispute with my bank, these guys are beyond criminal!

    The product is counterfeit and the upgrade to the 4.0 does not exist. They promised refund and wound up charging me two more times. I am now fighting with my bank. Everyone on here is telling the same story. This is criminal.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against IFADE regarding two unresolved transactions related to my orders ******* and *******.

    I placed the original orders on September 10, 2024, with a promise of 10 to 15-day shipping. As of today, I have not received any shipping notification.

    On September 14, 2024, the company agreed to refund my $69.99 for order *******, assuring me it would be processed within 5 to 10 days. However, as of September 24, 2024, I noticed a new charge of $39.99 on my credit card, which I did not authorize.

    During the purchase process, I was misled into thinking that the upgrade to the 4.0 Fade model would not result in additional charges. I accepted the upgraded device (order *******) for $59.99, believing that the original order would be canceled and refunded.

    At this point, I want a full refund of all transactions, both authorized and unauthorized. I do not wish to continue doing business with this company. I also strongly object to any recurring billing for services I have not agreed to.

    This situation reflects deceitful business practices, and I believe it warrants investigation.

    I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues, including the processing of my full refund and the cessation of any unauthorized charges.

    As soon as you order, they collect payment and then openly state that the product is faulty and rarely works, to try to upsell another product. After about a month, it came in and is an absolutely terrible product. It shuts off mid stroke and is made of cheap plastic.

    I ordered the iFade clipper on July 29, 2024, and the website promised delivery within 3-5 days. However, I didn’t receive the package until August 9, 2024. Upon opening the package and charging the device, I found that it didn’t work. I contacted the company through their website’s Contact Us option to report the issue. They requested video proof, which I provided, and I requested a full refund due to the defective product.

    The company asked me to return the defective device but refused to provide a prepaid shipping label. Instead, they offered a 60% refund. After I insisted more firmly, they increased their offer to a 70% refund. Additionally, my credit card was unauthorizedly charged twice more after the initial transaction, and I am now in the process of disputing these additional charges with my card issuer.
