iTOVi’s return policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers will have 15 days from the cancellation date to return all components for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to be accepted. Returns that do not include all the original components and packaging may be subject to a reduced refund, totaling no more than $24.99.
If you wish to start the returns process, please contact our Customer Support department at 877-483-3748 to receive your RMA number.Refund of the monthly service fee
If you are unsatisfied with a monthly charge for Services for any reason, you have five days from the date of the monthly charge to notify iTOVi by email to [email protected] that you wish to cancel your account and receive a refund for the charge. You will be refunded the most recent monthly charge made to your account by a credit to your credit card or account. No refunds will be made if you do not contact iTOVI within five days of the most recent monthly charge.
