I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase. I am dealing with the same issue as ****** *. I purchased the item listed at $1600. Full Sheet Continental Carrara Marble Wall Panel 96 x 48 4 Packs. That is the exact title. In the description it states each pack contains 4 panels measuring 96 x 48 each of them. It also reiterates in the Specifications in BOLD letters EACH PACK CONTAINS 4 PANELS MEASURING 96 X 48 EACH OF THEM. 4 packs of 4 is what is advertised as per the description. I received my items today and received 4 individual panels. Not 4 packs of 4. When I emailed customer service I received the following response Hello *******,Thank you for reaching us out. You received 4 sheets because you ordered 1 pack.If you wanted 16 sheets you had to order 4 packs of 4 sheets. Each pack comes with 4 full sheets and each pack costs $1600 which is what you ******* you saw on our website we sell the panels in tiles and also the full sheets. The panels in tiles cost $189 and each full sheet costs $400 each if you divide $1600 divided by 4 sheets.Wouldn't make sense to sell a full sheet at $100 each if that was the case of 4 packs at $1600. That's not even near close to the shipping cost of only ****** says three times in the description:"Each pack contains 4 panels measuring 96" x 48" each of them."I don't see anywhere that says you'll receive 16 sheets. Instead, it would say "You'll receive 16 sheets measuring 96" x 48" each of them".Why we would put 4 panels instead of 16 panels? Wouldn't be that easier for us to sell? If people see 16 full sheets at $1600 on our website I can guarantee you we wouldn't have stock for sure. BBB is for little scammers like you who are constable looking for free products. I'm sure you read our Terms and conditions. I'm not going to keep losing my time with such a scammer.I'll make sure you teach a very expensive ****** so you learn how to respect **************!

They advertise buying 4 packs of panels and in the specifications it says each pack contains 4 panels. When I received my order I only had 4 panels. When contacting customer service through email because I couldnt get anyone on the phone customer service tells me that my order is correct. After going back and forth with them I finally said tell me what I need to do to return them the items. He sent me instructions and wanted me to pay $200 per panel plus shipping and if the item gets damaged ******* transit its my responsibility. I havent even taken the panels off the pallet but the panels was not secured with bumpers it just laid on the pallet with 2 straps and some covers where the straps was. The straps arent even tight enough to hold the panels and didnt even have anything protecting the corners. I had purchased a panel from them a while back I paid $189 for the panel. A single panel now is $208 which is fine but why would I pay $1600 for 4 panels when I could have purchased 4 single panels for half the price? They are a complete rip off and when trying to return items they expect you to pay more than half to return the item and if it is damaged you will not receive any refund. Stay away from this company and do yourself a favor. This company is a complete scam.

I purchased wall panels and flooring from them and paid for expedited shipping. They delivered several days late and the products were not anything like advertised. The outfit is simply a scam and very rude. They operate like gangsters and accused me of trying to get products for free. They don't deserve a single star rating but the system insisted on picking a star. Stay away from them.

This place is such a scam. I orderd pvc marble like panels. Was told that the pattern fits into each other and that the panels are seamles when put together. The panels are not even cut straight, so when u approach the edges on one end they dont fit on the other, i got 6 cut up panel pieces that all have the same print and none if them can be put together to look seamless. I contacted them for a return was told that there was a 60$ fee per item, fine. Only to be told later that i had to pay for shipping as well. They try to rip u off. And are rude about it as well.

To refine the tone and structure of your Better Business Bureau (BBB) review for "Renovating.US" while retaining your original concerns, consider the following revision:
I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with "Renovating.US," particularly regarding their product quality assurance and customer service. The company's website promises that their products are guaranteed to be free from defects, a statement that was contradicted by my experience. Upon receiving a defective item and providing photographic evidence to the company, the response was unexpectedly dismissive and unprofessional. I was accused of attempting to receive a free product, which was far from my intention. My primary goal was to address and resolve the issue with the defective item received.
Moreover, when attempting to discuss a resolution, such as waiving the restocking fee or arranging for the item's return at their expense, my requests were flatly denied. This approach to customer service is concerning and suggests a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
Regardless of the nature of the issue or misunderstanding, I believe it is imperative for a business to maintain professionalism and work towards a solution in a constructive manner. Attacking or belittling a customer is not an acceptable or ethical response. This experience has led me to question the integrity of "Renovating.US" and its operational standards. I feel it is important for potential customers to be aware of these issues to make informed decisions.

Very poor business. Everyone needs to stay away. Misleading product advertising. They make the return policy ********** but its not. They say you have 30 days to return the product under their terms. You dont get to know their terms until you request a return. You are expected to pay for the return yourself. If damaged while shipping theyll refuse your refund. The reason for my return request is the misleading advertising of the product. It does not resemble the quality or hardness as shown in their video. The material I ordered came in 4 boxes. I opened the boxes but never used or cut the product. The cost of the return will cost more than 1 box of product. I will be using as many social media sites that I can to warn consumers as well as contacting as many government agencies to inform them what this company is doing to consumers.
