      After submitting an FSA claim form with Explanation of Benefits documentation, rec'd partial payment and was informed that receipts, not EOB, were needed for the remaining expenses. Submitted expenses via email and also uploaded to the portal, then was informed that even though they had the claim form, I would need to resend it.So I resent the claim form and the receipts which are now both showing in the portal, but several weeks later, still no response and no payment.very frustrating So glad my employer is moving to a different FSA administrator for ****
