The McRae handshake is worthless. More like "cutthroat" landscape! ******* and shovanist.

His accusations are 100% false. I completed my contract last year and was paid in full and to his satisfaction. It seemed to me that all was on great terms. When I came back in spring to turn his water on for him as I had agreed I would, his wife wanted me to mow their yard as well which was not part of the deal. When I told her we were not in charge of mowing her yard, she got on the phone with her husband and complained. Mowing their yard was never part of our contract. I mowed it once last fall after I installed their new sod because they did not own a mower and they were going to buy one in spring. That mowing was done as a favor, not as part of the contract. I don't understand why they think I should have to continue to mow their lawn. I am not a lawn maintenance company for any of my customers or otherwise.
