They guided me through every step I needed to make! Every time I called with a question they answered it and never made me fill like I was dumb! I would recommend Trajector disability, LLC to anyone that wants a disability company to choose them! They were great!

Very, very upset with the lack of assistance received. Trajectory supposedly filled/filed paper work on my behalf. I received several calls asking questions from Trajectory and I "assumed" that Trajectory was following my case and on top of it. I was wrong, I only discovered this when I received a letter from SSI, asking me the same questions that Trajectory did and never submitted. I informed SSI that information had been provided through Trajectory SSI stated it had not been received. My time is precious to me and Trajectory was wasting it. I spent hours on the phone with several personal from Trajectory just to have SSI case worker call to follow up. Trajectory was one/two steps behind when following my progress. Example being that the SS office had set up an appointment dealing with my disability, NEVER got a call from Trajectory. I received a letter from SSI and calls from case worker from SSI. If that wouldn't of happened I would of missed my appointment and which would of prolonged an already lengthy process. Frustrating to know that regardless of the lack of assistance, Trajectory will get a portion of MY money. Had I been better educated on this matter I would of NEVER reached out to Trajectory for assistance of which is none existing. I DO NO RECOMMEND! I stopped taking their calls or responding to their emails and phone calls BECAUSE Trajectory was calling after SSI had reached out. In other words after the fact. YES I signed a contract YES SS office informed me that the third party had to be kept informed YES Trajectory will take MY money for doing NOTHING!Trajector Disability, LLC

Trajector disability you did a very good job for my case. If you do what they tell you t o turn any doctors appointments in and just wait seems to be the big number one they're not always in touch which is where they may be able to improve on their part to contact their clients once a month to update. Ask them if there's anything they need from you. I also emailed as another form of communication. I had more issues with the medical doctors provided by SSA they were very impersonable and the psychologist was very rude. I had no clue how long it takes for these cases go through Social Security. Trajector was very good with communication and keeping me informed of everything I needed to respond to SSA with. My Attorney was definitely in my corner during my SSDI hearing and had a impact on the administrative judges favorable decision on my hearing.Trajector Disability, LLC
