Trajector Disability will take you right thru the entire process... they follow up with you every single month, answer your questions, are readily available & coordinate your medical history, records, doctors' appointments, lab tests, x-rays, hospital visits, disability evaluation appointments... extremely polite, professional & thorough...Great representation of person going through the disability process...Trajector Disability, LLC

My mental health has been, more or less, poor since my teenage years. Covid ripped the rug out from under me and I contacted Trajector Disability to see if I should seek disability. From the initial conversation to being assigned a case manager, they were very thorough. When my first attempt was denied they walked me through the process to appeal, including communication in relation to the mental health and physical exams that I needed to do through the state. I also suffered two car accidents while applying for disability benefits and they included the physical updates as needed. My appeal was denied and they assigned me an attorney to appeal again. I had a phone call for my hearing and the attorney explained what I should expect and gave me examples of the types of questions I would be asked by the judge. After the hearing the attorney immediately called me to follow up and on what to expect. When I was finally approved the attorney and case manager helped answer my questions and make me comfortable and ready for the end process. The fees were reasonable and I know without them I would not have been approved for disability.Trajector Disability, LLC

Quick to sign you up. I informed them of progress in my case. I did all the leg work except filling. My case was fast tracked because I called Social Security and gave them my diagnosis after waiting several days for Trajector. Amazing how many doors open when youre terminally ill! Then social security limited how much trajectory could charge. For their so called work, delaying any back pay or benefits till they stopped attacking me. Still waiting for back pay! We're sorry you feel this way. II believe that some of your frustration is misdirected. The amount of time it took for your case to be processed was not hindered or slowed down in any way by our office. Processing times are 100% controlled by Social Security, as well as the payment of your past-due benefits ("back pay"). Also, you suggest that we tried charging you a fee that wasn't allowed by Social Security. That is 100% false. The fee process is strictly governed by federal law and we have NEVER attempted to circumvent that process. In your case, the fee we received after helping you win your case was approved by Social Security. They specifically authorized the exact amount of the fee and had that fee sent to our office.
