      Weve had a great experience using this third-party patient financing solution to help our dental patients get approved for the care they need. Its easy to work with, and the payment flexibility has significantly increased case acceptance. Patients appreciate having an affordable way to move forward with treatment, and our office has seen a noticeable improvement in collections and scheduling. Highly recommend to any dental practice looking to improve access to care and streamline their payment process.

      I am an 3rd generation dentist with multiple practices and a large national marketplace. Eve financial has been the BEST patient financing offering I have ever experienced. It sounds like a few years ago when they under a different management and ownership they had a credit card offering but since then the new owners and operators have completely changed the business and business model.They have been very professional, honest and easy to work with. I was able to reach management anytime I needed them and their patient financing option has helped my practices grow by helping my patients get access to 3rd party payment plans even when they bad credit. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to grow their practice and business! A++++

      I paid off my account with ********************** on June 29. I paid the amount that was listed as the balance on the Eve app. However, when I saw the statement, my $200 automatic payment came out June 15. I have been asking for a refund of the $200 since I discovered the over payment. I have emailed and called, but to no avail. Each customer representative I spoke with via telephone said it would be taken care of, but I still have not received my $200. I received the email below. This email would make sense if my statement indicated I have a $200 credit, but it does not. It only shows that there is an available $500 credit limit."This is ***** from Eve Financial Support! The overpayment will just credit onto your eve account and it is non-refundable."Interestingly, we had a credit limit of somewhere between $5000-$7000. However, as soon as I paid off the account it automatically dropped to $500.Lastly, when I pulled my statement it showed a $200 credit beginning in July, but in August, it shows a $0 balance, with no expenses or withdrawals. It looks like the $200 credit just disappeared.This seems unethical to me that Eve Financial would not reimburse an overpayment and remove it from the statement.
