      I wish I had never come to this place. I spent thousands on new tires, control arms, axels and other repairs. After they repaired the brakes there was a screeching sound that they were unable to fix. I was just going to let it go. But after my free tire rotation they forgot to put a bolt back in. Now I have a piece of metal dragging under my car. I have spent way too many hours here. And it is impossible for me to work remotely because their wifi is so slow. So not only am I losing money on repairs it is costing me PTO. I no longer trust the mechanics at this location. Because I have spent money here I can't spend it else where. I would like for them to pay for tire rotations and any other warranty work to be done at Burt Brother's across the street.

      On February 6, 2025, I went to Jiffy Lube #*** ******* Fast Lube Colorado Spr. *********************************************** at around approximately 10:15 am to get some services done on my ******. I got checked in at approximately 10:40 for these services and was told that all services would be done in about 45 minutes to an hour which was fine, then was pulled into the bay around 11:00am. The services went underway and then I heard yelling from underneath that there was a problem around 12:10pm and then the manager went down below. I then asked another technician how much longer because I needed to be to work by 1:30 for an Amazon delivery route with the car being worked on. They didnt know because the technician working in my car put the wrong fluid into my transmission (which wasnt even on the list to be worked on) and they needed to test drive my car to make sure everything was working right. They came back from the test drive and determined the car was not working properly and needed to be towed. I then asked about being compensated for a vehicle and was rudely told we will not provide you with a vehicle. This was at at approximately 1:30pm, I already had to cancel my delivery shift for that afternoon. I was forced to figure out my own way to get home and so I got ahold of a friend to pick me up. It is now on day 2 and I have no car and no answers. I am in urgent need of your assistance in getting jiffy lube to provide me with a temporary vehicle.       In July 2023 we had spark plugs replaced on a 2017 ********** Jetta at the recommendation of the worker. Recently, the check engine light came on and when diagnostics were ran, the spark plugs were never replaced. We went to the business to resolve and they refused to work with us. We are seeking a refund of all charges.

      We believe the service was done. 
      When the customer came back to talk about it, he refused to let the store check anything on the car and used poor language with them. 
      To save my employees from having to be subjected to such language and interaction we will refund the service and move on. 
      We are not doing this because we feel any wrong doing was done, we are doing this to move on.

      The work was not done. I have the check engine lights report showing the misfire on the spark plugs that were never replaced. Happy to email them-the site states they are too large to upload. 
      The supervisor on duty refused to help us. They did not offer to look at the car, rather told us he wasnt trained. We asked for a manager. The supervisor refused to get us in touch with a manager and told us good luck finding him here. We were calm and professional and no help was given in spite of various attempts.

      Surprise, another incredibly **** poor experience from the Syracuse Jiffy Lube. My wife had stopped in for emissions, an oil change and to have a headlight bulb replaced. Due to some more technical issues found with the check engine light, we needed to take the car to a mechanic. While diagnosing the CEL, mechanic immediately found filthy oil in the reservoir, oil had not been changed, at all. Possibly only topped-off to satisfy the dipstick. The "technician" at Jiffy Lube had also shorted out the wiring to the headlamp that they had attempted to replace with a new bulb. Headlamp is completely nonfunctioning now. Absolutely pathetic to read so many similar reviews, and the same, seemingly disingenuous answer from the store owners. It seems very apparent that with so many horrendous experiences, the owner could not care less about the quality of technical and customer service at this location. What an absolute joke. If this is how the owner(s) of this location feel good about being business owners and making money, they should be ashamed. But I doubt it. I've filed a case with Jiffy Lube corporate, to see if there's any hope of being reimbursed and provided compensation to fix the issue with the headlight. But I doubt that too.

      We received this complaint on 12/19/23 we immediately pulled the cameras to verify if service was performed.  We see everything that was billed was done and nothing with the headlight was done or billed for.  Called the customer the morning of 12/20/23 and explained what we saw and apologized for any inconvenience.  If we were supposed to look at the headlight and didn't and its just a bulb issue we are happy to take care of it at no cost.

      Complaint is for Jiffy Lube ******** location: **** W ***** S.Went in for an oil change and the suggested new brake pads for the rear,.Eventually ended up replacing both the rear pads and the caipers.After over 4 hours, the work was "finished" basically at closing time. The brakes were not functioning correctly, or as they should have been - but there was no recourse at the time because the shop was closed.After bleeding the brakes multiple times, the system was still not functioning properly. At that point Jiffy Lube refused to do anything further.Basically: I entered Jiffy Lube with a brake system functioning properly and left with braking issues and Jiffy Lube will take no responsibility.Now I am forced to spend too much to have a competent mechanic fix the issues cause by Jiffy Lube.

      This situation was originally looked in to by the Regional Manager ***************** and it was determined that the issue was with the brake master cylinder which we did nothing with, we replaced the rear brake pads and rear brake calipers in the original service, it was also looked at by Auto Enhance who said the same thing that what we did was not the issue. ******************* the new Regional Manager was asked by the customer to look into the situation, and he determined the same thing that the brake master cylinder is the problem. If there is new information about this situation, we would be more than happy to revisit the investigation.

      store on 106th and 7th east *****, 11-11-2022 I took my car into your store for the FREE oil change offer for vet.service guys came out meet with me I explained to him I am here for the free vet oil change signature service and I asked him how much to do a diesel, he stated he didnt know and asked the manager the came back said his manager was being difficult and I would have to ask after my oil service. When it was my turn I pulled in explained again I want the free vet oil change and sat In the waiting area.A service guy came and talked with me and asked if I was a vet I explained yes and showed him my Vet ID card, he asked what grade of oil I wanted and when I say grade I mean like 10/40 etc. I explained what ever come with the free oil change he said ok and left. He came back after few minutes said my car was done and he said they needed to bill me out I said ok and thought bill what bill its supposed to be free for signature service He proceed to tell me its ***** I was confused and he showed me the bill which was around ****** and I thought wow for a simlle free oil change but then he deducted around ***** for the vet offer. Ok so now its ***** I still thought wow for a simple oil change . I then asked how much for a diesel oil change he said he didnt know and for me to bring it in and have them do the work and then they will know. I thought odd as you do have a pricing chart and you can look and see how much oil it would take, I could tell I was being played as an idiot he thought I was just a stupid customer Im not. So I paid it and didnt ask any more questionsPer the ad all over the oil change signature service was supposed to be FREE On the bill it had the signature service was around ***** and charged me for an oil filter and for oil and other small charges he deducted 60 and charged me for oil filter that is supposed to come with the signature service and it even says it includes the oil filter clean windows a vacuum etc also windows wasnt clean or car vac. Also if I paid for oil filter and service came with an oil filter I didnt receive an oil filter when I left.Im sure you can see and look up the bill I was way over charged for service I requested not once but several times I explained what service I wanted and to more than one person. There is NO confusion here on my part and they knew exactly what they was doing and I see now why the told me what they did when I asked about a diesel oil change.I have reached out to them many times and they have not responded

      I went to jiffy lube store #**** on 8/5/22 for an oil change. On 10/29/22 i noticed spots of oil from driveway. When i drove to work, my low pressure oil light came on. I parked my car and noticed smoke. After I towed my car to an auto shop they informed my oil filter was crushed. The reason for is because the people, in this case jiffy lube techs, couldn't get the filter off so they leave it, even though it was crushed. The tech used the word "manipulate". This is very unsafe and un called for. My trust with jiffy lube went out the door. I had to pay $234.92 to fix a problem that jiffy lube caused. My invoice for the service from jiffy lube is *******. I had tried to reach out to the owner but no response.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Based on the pictures, we find it highly unlikely that the car left our shop with the filter in this condition. However, out of  customer service, we are happy to cover the charges the customer has incurred. We will just need documentation of the repair and information on where to send check.
