    If I could give *** a minus ************* star rating I would!!! So Im sitting here in my office waiting for *** to pick up a package. This is the 2nd day of waiting all day for someone to arrive. I see a phone number where I can call for help. So I call the number and the automated attendant refuses to route me to a live person because I dont have a tracking number. All I want to know is what time can I expect a driver to arrive? After giving up here I then I find the main *** telephone number so I can ask this simple question. Again the automated attendant refuses to route me to a live person because I dont have a tracking number. The above story is atypical of corporate America these days!!! Corporate America has completely lost the vision of what great customer service is all about!!! They have no clue how to serve their customers anymore!!! Corporate America thinks that our highly intelligent electronic devices are the be all and end all solution to great customer service. Oh how they are so wrong!!! I wish that *** will go out of business because of their most horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
