    Services listed on web site were misleading, and I ended up with a service different from what was expected. They have a 7-day money back guarantee, and even though I cancelled service and requested a refund after less than 24 hours of signing up, the seller made all sorts of excuses as to why they couldn't give me a refund.

    On December 13th I saw an add for Bluu Check which promises to organically help you grow followers on TikTok, which was perfect as I am trying to grow my page. I paid 115.95 for a micro influencer package to grow 2 x my followers (500 to 1000). This is supposed to target your content to your desired audience. I am in Virginia in the United States and my content is self love and healthy relationships for young African American women. Bluu Check made OBVIOUS fake profies and flooded my page. They were all from the middle east, or eastern Asia. It was ridiculous, you could tell the profiles were fake because I started noticing the same profile photos in different profiles, some were actually in Arabic. At first I didnt notice and when I did I reached out to Bluu Check, who has NO PHONE NUMBER, only a guy named "LUKE" that you can text to try to get help or email who responds that they only text. I "spoke to Luke" at first I asked him if they had entered something wrong as these followers are 1. NOT organic 2. Arent even the same country as I am. He kept saying they were working on it, they were working on it, and finally in March I texted him one more time asking him to please remove these FAKE followers off my page and resolve the issue before my next recurring charge. Needless to say his response was the same "we are working on itb ut it takes time" and "they are not fake". I hurried and cancelled the next charges. 1. This is FALSE advertising. 2. This is actually detrimental to people who sign up for it because you end up with thousands of fake followers and those you are trying to reach will never see your content 3. this advertisement is ALL OVER TIKTOK! They should be removed immediately so no one else loses money. I had to literally start a NEW page, because it would've taken months to undo the damage. I want $1500 from them. This includes the money I paid them AND for destroying my page, and the stress of losing my true followers when I had to START OVER!

    I purchased a service and never received it from this company called Bluucheck who claims to grow your social media account for you. I’ve requested a refund after no results & a hacked account . The seller refuses to refund the monthly service even though it’s only been a week of service I requested a refund and to cancel prior with no resolution.

    I purchased a subscription to a service that was guaranteed to provide "Organic Targeted Growth" as stated on their website. What I received was results from un-targeted accounts that in my opinion were fake due to their low engagement rate and the content posted on their platforms. My complaint is that this company is promising organic results from targeted audiences. While I did receive results the accounts reached look like fake dummy accounts, examples attached. Their website also states that there's a zero risk money back guaranteed with no questions asked if you are not satisfied with there service. When I emailed their support department they were rude and refused to give me my money back by stating "They provided results". They did provide results from fake accounts and un-targeted audiences (email strings are attached). My goal is to receive a refund for a service that simply was not provided and promised on their website (screenshots attached)

    Bluu Check is a TikTok social media marketing company that promises real growth as well a refund if you don't see that growth. After using them for a week, I noticed my page was filling up with fake spam accounts. Accounts that have been banned by TikTok and clearly not "real" people. It's not what i want, and not what I paid $50 for. The manager Luke has been given me the RUNAROUND and claims "maybe someone is out to get you" and that's why i have all these spam accounts on my page. Which makes absolutely no sense because I didn't have this problem until I tried to use them. They are a scam and I just want my $50 back, as their website promises.
