    I purchased a used 2018 ****** from Brent Brown Toyota in Orem I later discovered that my loan documents falsely reflected an $8,000 down payment that I never made. The dealership never informed me of this, and I only realized it when reviewing my financial paperwork months later.When I went back to the dealership, they acknowledged the issue, but instead of correcting the loan, they tried to put me into another loan with worse terms. I am in an car over ******* miles, and a loan balance of $25,000+ that should never have existed.I have since filed complaints with the ************************************ (****) and Utah Division of Consumer Protection, as I believe Brent Brown Toyota committed deceptive and predatory finance practices.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially young or first-time buyers. I was taken advantage of, and Im still working to undo the financial damage they caused

    Fui estafado por Brent Brown Toyota, compr un vehculo usado que ofrecieron en buenas condiciones con una garanta extendida de 2 aos y con ****** millas, el carro rompi el motor a los ************************************************ llevarlo al servicio remplazaron el motor por uno con ******* millas es decir muchos aos ** de uso y debo pagar un crdito por 5 aos, a los das lo llev a otro dealer autorizado para hacer efectiva la garanta de la transmisin y me llevo la sorpresa que el mismo da de la compra y despus de pagar ** de 1500 dlares por la garanta Brent Brown la cancelo y no hizo el pago ni de la garanta ni tampoco abon el dinero a Global Lending que es el banco que aprob el crdito. Totalmente DESHONESTOS e ilegal.

    AVOID BRENT BROWN TOYOTA! We had a terrible experience with Brent Brown Toyota in Orem. When we took our truck in for a recall, they removed the rear lift from our vehicle without consent or explanation. We felt cheated and ripped off by the dealership. After weeks of speaking to various individuals and getting ignored and the runaround, we spoke with ****, the Service Manager, who acknowledged that a mistake may have been made but we would need to produce the original lift receipt from over 15 years ago! Seriously?! The *** doesnt even go that far back! Needless to say, that conversation didnt end well.We then met with the *** *********************, and one of his mechanics to discuss the issue. We provided proof that the truck had a box lift in 2009 by ******************* (who has amazing customer service and located the very old invoice) We all agreed that there was a lift on the front and not on the back and that the truck did not sit level. However, the ** implied that we were lying and trying to con him. He did not offer any real solution or apology! We never asked for money, just acknowledgment of the error and an apology would have gone a long way to solve this issue. Its hard to imagine how hard it would be to get them to be financially responsible. Even when they claim they want your satisfaction, the forked tongue of the ** proved otherwise. Apparently, their motto is the customer is never right. We are extremely disgusted and frustrated with the lack of communication and responsibility from Brent Brown Toyota. We will never go back to them and advise anyone looking for a good and trustworthy dealership to avoid them at all costs!! Drive the extra miles and go to ******************************************************* instead!

    My wife and moved to **** and bought our first car from Brent Brown. We were sold an accompanying warranty for around $1,800, and we were told that when the policy expired, if we did not use the warranty before that, we would get the $1,800 back. Essentially, we are being charged the interest on the principal for 5 or 6 years. I didn't remember when this expired, so I reached out to them 6 years later. They did not respond. I followed up and they gave me the run around, eventually connecting me with an executive secretary. She looked into it, and told me that our warranty had expired a few years ago, and we were required to cancel the policy within 30 days (not sure why you have to cancel a policy that has already expired), and that they would not be refunding the warranty. During this time, they required me to use their service station to maintain the warranty, which amounted to around $2,000. This is among the most unethical main stream business practices that I have ever observed first hand. I will never do business with them again.

    They lied and then denied it. Beware they will inflate the price behind your back. They'll hide it in monthly payment numbers and hope you don't notice until it is too late (after signing papers) They are robbing their customers blind! Not to mention anything they say is included are separate inflated charges that are "non-negotiable." They even lied about the mpg the car we gave them got when they sold it faster than they claimed they could get rid of it to us (justifying low trade-in credit). Do NOT trust them!I can verify as a previous review stated they really **** the customer over backwards.

    Don't trust anything their sales, or general manager has to say. All lies. ***** lied to me to sell a new car. ****** would have never lied to me. What's with your moto? Bending over backwards to yours? It should read, "Bending you over backwards because we can".

    I bought a 2014 ******** **** ML 350 from Brent brown Toyota.I took a drive test and everything was good.I didnt take the car home the day I bought it,because they were going to fix some scratches on it,when I went to pick up the car,I noticed a noise on the freeway, I turned around and went back to the dealership.Firs they promised to take care of it,so they put new tires on it for no reason because the sound was still there,then they tried to tell me that the sound comes from the road,by that time I wanted to return the car to them,later they told me,that they will towed the car to my house and I have to pay the towing fee if I bring it back.The service light went on saying,service exceeded by 435 days,there answer is,they dont know how to turn it off.The trunk was broken I couldnt open it,they promised to fix it and now its been over a month and nothing.Worst experience I ever had.
