    They will not refund me for a jacket that was returned. They are a scam company.

    I made an order on May 29, 2024. We paid for the ring and a ring sizer was sent. June 6, 2024 they emailed and said they received my husband ring size and will make the ring. We don't get any emails letting us know if it's done and on the way. I have complained to them and they say they will check on it and get back to me. That was a few days ago. I'm worried they are not legit.

    I purchased a ring 3/1/2024 and since I’ve gotten email after email from these people even after completing their unsubscribe policy and making several requests via customer care to have my email removed…. At this point I believe their complete lack of respect is harassment. I need these emails to stop and they need to know to take all unsubscribe requests serious.

    7 and a half weeks ago I ordered a ring from this company with a small inscription to be placed on the inner band. Because I paid for an inscription they stated that it will take 4-6 weeks to receive the ring that I ordered. I have attempted to message this company as well as reach them on the telephone to no avail as they refuse to respond to my inquiries about what I ordered for whatever reason. As the ring's cost was roughly $1,000 obviously this can't be considered a small matter. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company that I used to purchase this item and they have begun an investigation into the matter. I can only assume that my order was not fulfilled because I received a discount on the item via GOVX as I am a veteran and they did not want to honor it. Either that or they are incompetent thieves. The credit card used to purchase this ring is a ********** The order was placed on May 14, 2023 at 11:51 AM Pacific Standard Time. The transaction is ORDER NO. #****** and the amount charged is $969.03

    Our bands take 4-6 weeks to craft then we expedite shipping. GOVX discount was applied when customer placed the order. I tried emailing and calling the customer to resolve this matter with either keeping the order or issuing a full refund.

    My fiance ordered a ring from them and immediately ran into issues. He paid expedited shipping and then got an email stating the ring would arrive in 6 days. Which follows their regular shipping times. Luckily he contacted the company and they issued him a refund for the shipping however once the ring arrived it didn't fit. It was gorgeous so he went to do an exchange to find out its no longer available. He emailed them and has heard no response and the call center even though it said online is open the pitiful 4 hours a day will not even answer him when he calls during those hours. He need an exchange in his size and needs to talk to someone in the company or he'll be forced to go to our wedding without a ring. He's devastated .
