      They do not stand by their policies and will ghost you. Not allowing you to return products within the alloted time frame. We have been trying to return the bed we got from them for over a month now.

      I heard ( after ordering ) that they were bad about returns. Rather than take a cjance, I decided to send it back unopened. Rather than a refund, I received a more expensive item that I had not ordered. This was .without any communication from the company, not even an scknowledgement that my package was received. I sent them an rmail tonight telling them I was sending it back unopened and to please send me a refund.We will see what happens.
