    I took my wedding flowers there in one of my company thermoses. The woman who helped me was new. The woman wasn't sure on the price and I was up front about not wanting to pay more than $200. I received a call saying the flowers are ready and the cost was more than $300. I let the lady know that can't be right because I didn't want to pay more than $200. She says the manager will call me. Manager calls and says they can give me a discount on a different frame because they didn't have the one I ordered but it still would be $250 plus tax. I of course was only interested in the frame I chose. I asked for my deposit back and they said it's non refundable and that they would discard my flowers. Then they said I could get the flowers but that it would be more than $185 for drying only. I was hoping they would've been reasonable and kept the $50 and gave me the flowers back. But they didn't. They threw my wedding flowers out and kept the $50 deposit. I am very saddened by this. The new employee made mistakes with the pricing and then offering a frame that wasn't available. Sounds like poor management and training yet I'm the one paying for it. I have never dealt with a small company that was so coldhearted and unable to come to an agreement with a customer. Remember the thermos I dropped my flowers off in...they said they didn't have it! Horrible company and worst customer service ever in ****.

    She told us she had a $300 budget. The frame she picked was over that. We offered another frame at the budget she wanted. She did not want that so we put it in the frame she wanted and then discounted it again to fit her budget. She then just wanted the non refundable deposit back of $50. Keep in mind we have dried and arranged the flowers which takes several hours. We told her the deposit is non refundable and was posted on the invoice and on the wall. We then told her if she doesnt want to pay the discounted balance and pick up her flowers we can discard the flowers but would wait to hear what she decided. She contacted us again and wanted her deposit. I called her and asked her if she wants the flowers, she said she was told we threw them away. I referred her to the last text we had. Asked again does she want the flowers in the encasement or though we have never in the past given a deposit back offered that back if that would make up for the original misunderstanding ( the employee was new and didnt know how much the frame was. The following Monday we called to let her know the price to discuss other options. Ended up texting another option in her budget)We also said we would take the flowers out of the encasement and give her those if thats what she wanted. At this point again we left it for her to decide. She have the dried flowers, she can have her deposit or she can have the original frame at the discounted price at the original budget she gave us. She said she would come in Monday. And then left this review. We want everyone to be happy and try are very best. I am not sure exactly where the communication failure is but are willing to make it right and the customer as satisfied as she can possibly be. Im pretty sure there is not anything that we can do at this point that will make her happy but we will continue to try.
