    My boyfriend, ***** ******, has gone through this company to assist us in renting a property of ours in Eagle Mountain, Utah. After we did not receive the tenant's first month payment, we have been having to cover costs out of pocket to prevent any fees with our bank institution. This has financial burdened us as we must also cover other living expenses and our current house payment as well. The company has found the issue but has been slow at resolving and now has started avoiding all contact with us. We have to constantly follow up and request them to continue to resolve this matter. We still have not been paid for this month and we are currently going into a new month afraid, we won't be able to get our payment for October as well. We are strongly considering taking legal action as we fear no one is working to resolve this matter.

    This issue was that the owner provided the wrong routing number for his bank. Therefore, he was not paid the first month tenants rent in a timely matter. We would have had no idea the routing number was incorrect until this issue arose. The issue was resolved by the owner updating the routing number and he is now being paid timely and is still working with our company.
