    I purchased the real estate course from this academy in May 2022 and completed the course in May 2023. Following completion of the course, I was asked to schedule a graduation interview which I reached out to ask if there was a deadline given I was very occupied at the moment finishing my junior semester at UVU and traveling soon for a while. After confirming there wasn’t a deadline I waited to schedule it until this past May as I graduated from UVU and had time for it now. Yet was informed I needed to take and pay for the course again given the message communicated wasn’t fully accurate. I contacted them before the year mark yet they have taken a long long time to answer so that time has passed and now they want me to take it again yet the situation is out of my control and I don’t believe I should be held responsible for their mistake. This business has now resulted to not replying to any of my communications even though I have offered to take the course once again if it makes things easier but don’t think I should have to pay for it. I have offered to meet with them in person and received no response.
