      Had one of their electricians out 2 times in December 2023. First to install 2 replacement bath exhaust fans which I had purchased. Work took 2 hours to complete and I was charged $391 or around $195/hour. They came back later as I had short in power to one of these fans. They were able to rewire to combine with light switch. This time was initially charged over $800 for 1 hours work. I thought this was extremely high. Had to place at least 3 calls to them before I got a response and a manager said wrong codes were used and refunded around $300 but this still left a price over $500 for 1 hr work or $340/hr. No problem with work very professional, on time, efficient and kept me informed. Found the rates charged outrageously high with no transparency as to why. I will not use them again as I consider this very excessive rate.

      Highly recommend. The customer ********************** and tech was excellent. Work scheduled the next day, tech communicated every step of the way from arrival time, options to fix the problem and completion of the work, cleaned up and made sure I was happy. I will definitely use this company again.
