      I had a solicitor try to say they were required to tell us about updates they are doing in the neighborhood because our utility companies need to meet federal energy efficiency standards. They also said that I should have already heard about this in the mail from the utilities; and acted confused when I obviously hadnt. Felt like a classic attempt they try to trick the elderly into agreeing to something. They proceeded to tell me that the federal government is helping offset the costs, and again tried to tell me this should sound familiar! I was fed up with the lies and demanded they just tell me who they were with and what this was about; company name was Reli (also on their shirt) Energy Solutions, and they are installing attic insulation! Will never do business with a company that outright lies and tries to trick their customers into doing business with them!

      These guys really try to twist your arm to set up an appointment so they can sell you an insulation service.Super pushy. ****. Disrespectful.Do yourself and favor and don't let them into your household.

      Salesman harassed my elderly mother. Refused to leave when asked politely. Had to threaten to call police to have salesman leave. I later spoke with the salesman's manager. He stated, "These things happen." Terrible.

      I had a truly unpleasant experience with this marketing company that claims to set appointments for home insulation. From start to finish, the encounter was a nightmare.Firstly, the manager seemed to have no concept of proper customer service. When I initially called to inquire about their services, I was met with a manager who would not let me get a word in edgewise. It felt like they were reading from a script and were completely disinterested in my questions or concerns. I felt rushed and unheard throughout the conversation.But that was just the beginning. The real nightmare began when they sent over a salesman to discuss their home insulation services. The salesman's pushiness was beyond belief. He showed up uninvited and even after I politely expressed that I needed some time to think and research, he simply would not leave. It's like he was trained to ignore customer boundaries and make the hard sell at any cost.I've dealt with pushy salespeople before, but this was on a whole different level. I felt incredibly uncomfortable in my own home and it was clear that his only goal was to make a sale, not to genuinely help me with my insulation needs.It's a shame that a company with such aggressive tactics is in the business of setting appointments for home insulation. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone who values their peace of mind and wants to make informed decisions about their home improvements. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before giving them a chance. There are definitely better and more respectful options out there.

      ******** hassled my elderly mother with 101 questions about insulation. Questions you could not possibly know unless you were in the insulation business. He claimed, falsely, that they were in "partnership" with our local energy utility. After everything transpired, I contacting our local utility they verified this was a flat out lie.After awhile enough was enough of the questioning of my mother by the young salesman (who vehemently denied he was a salesman). We declined his offer to set up an appointment for a stranger to crawl around in our attic. From out of state. After the salesman persisted I asked him to leave. HE REFUSED. I had to exit my house and walk the salesman off my property. He only left after threatening him with the police if he wouldn't leave.As luck would have it his manager pulls in front of my house. He wouldn't get off his phone. When he finally got off his phone for 2 minutes I explained what happened. His response to his salesmans actions? I quote, "It happens." They then decide to have an impromptu meeting in my front yard for almost half an hour. Enough is enough. I call the Police and file a report against them. They finally leave after being instructed to do so by the police.
