    Started block of the month quilt program that call blocks were completed July 2024. It was 15 months total. In December 2023 we were told the finishing kit would be 169.99 plus tax of 12.32. I electedthe finishing kit for the quilt done in Ccountry Rose fabric. It was to be sent with the pattern and videos on the finishing. In July 2024 Keegan told us he was also offering the papers used for paper piecing the border. They were $29 + tax. I received some of the fabric in September!, however it was not the line of fabric that I paid for and used through out the quilt. Itdid not match at all. The store is open very odd hours. On face book the address above is where he does classes,however the site says Lemhi UT no address. I was told they would send a return postage label & I could send the material back. I made several calls to the store (both when open an¨d closed ) I have left voicemails and never receive a call back. On November 8 I communicated with Keengan M***** again via Instant Messenger. He was angry with me because instead publicly of badexperience. He sent me pictures of what he would send by noon the next day. Still no fabrics, no paper piecing pages. I called ! No reply. I sent message, no reply. He at one point asked if I wanted a refund I told him I just wanted the material & papers that I had paid for since they were of the material that goes with the quilt.
