      Over the last few weeks, we have been dealing with the company Appliance Repair Specialist to fix a washer and dryer. The washer stopped draining and the dryer was just squeaky.

      Over multiple trips, they keep getting the wrong part and have to come back days later. At first, the washer was going to be $420 to replace a motherboard. Then it went up to $489 to replace the motherboard and a drain pump (that got ordered wrong twice).

      On the dryer, it was squeaky and working just fine except for the noise. They took it apart 3 different times before replacing it with the correct bearings. The original cost was $470 on that.

      Both of the original and updated costs for the washer and dryer were told to us as a "Total Price". I asked what other fees and charges and they confirmed it was the total. All of which was scribbled on a paper work order and scratched over multiple times.

      The day they "supposedly repaired" both and charged us, the price went up to over $1,150. Once we called them out on the change, they said "Oh yeah, I see it right here, you are right." So then the total came to about $950 after a military discount supposedly.

      The washing machine then started to leak after they left. Come to find out they damaged a hose while repairing the drain pump and now they want to charge us another $200 for the hose. We argued with them that the leak wasn't there before and they said they would cover it if they could get the part in.

      Today, the dryer was tested with towels my wife had to take to the laundromat to wash. The dryer heats but has to run 4 cycles to dry the towels now. So this is a new issue caused yet again by their "supposed repair".

      We have asked for our money back and said they can take the parts back. They do not want to fulfill the 60-day labor and 1-year parts warranty they said they have.

      On multiple phone calls, the supposed owner Larry kept hanging up on us 3 different times.
