    Worst company ever. The salesman had a great pitch, but now there is no customer service, no battery, and no power. The panels were installed in January and as of September, nothing has been done. Ordered a battery and it has yet to be delivered. Was told it would be today, 9/6/22, no-one answered the phone to let us know when they would arrive. Am very seriously considering a legal course of action. Do not understand how BBB can give them an A-.

    I blame myself for not doing more checking/comparison shopping. I think I paid well above market average for my system. (I did get a very good financing rate, but..) My system was installed in reasonable time but ball had been dropped on inspections, city and rocky ******** power had been scheduled correctly. So it took at least 3 months before system could be turned on and generate power. I think it was installed before permit was approved, if I recall correctly. I tried to have them remove and reinstall system recently for new roof/shingle install but had very poor communication follow up and ended up doing it myself. When I removed system I found one of the end panels was not secured on the side so eventually it would have been a big problem but it does explain the noises we heard during big windstorms. I should have noticed the panels where a different size When I went to reinstall them and inch wider/longer for a part making it more work. I did not like the cosmetic looks of mixing the panels side by side.

    Hello,I have review the file and this is the information I had found. You started your contract with us on 8/14/2021. The request for the permit was submitted on 8/23/2021. We heard from ********** that permit would be approved they apologize for the length of time for it had been missed. We proceed to the installation based on the verbal confirmation but yes technically the approval came after you installation of 10/02/2021. At that time we still have to pass inspection, switch your net meter with ******************** to finally get you activated in Dec of 2021. Your project technically took 4 months from start to finish which is the industries average timeline. As for your removal of your panels you did call in July but we gave you a minimal quote to remove and install them which you did not pay. Your removal of the panels was your decision. As for the missing part I cannot comment on that since we did not have any proof of that missing a part. Thank you!
