      POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE On Friday, March 3, 2023, I texted **************** asking that my credit balance be refunded to me so I could then close my account due to their data breach on December 3, 2022. I got a text response within 10 minutes saying, "I can do that for you....." Nothing happened. I followed up with subsequent texts on March 6, 2023, April 5, 2023, April 12, 2023, and today, April 1, 2024. NOTHING has been done regarding my request, and now I am unable to log into my account. I selected one star because it would not let me leave a comment without at least one star rating; if it had let me, I would have given zero stars. Doing business on this website is NOT recommended.

      Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I tried contacting them numerous times over two-weeks and they never got back to me. My recommendation is to make your purchases from a local gun shop.

      Got scammed from a seller in ******** CA. Took my money order and hasnt responded. I also havent heard from Gunauction customer service. Poor service and is a loophole for thieves. Needs to be shut down. Fraud involving firearms is a felony offense.

      Add me to the list of those duped by Gunauction.com. Seller never shipped gun. Two weeks and nothing back from customer support. Worthless site run by worthless people.
