    This store sold me a vape that did not work and does nothing to refund or exchange. Upon conversation with the employees about this via telephone,they were extremely rude to me and offered me no support. They said that my purchase was final and nothing could be done.

    We had ***** ******* come into the store and purchase a disposable vape on 03/10/2025. The store policy along with state law is that exchanges can be done BEFORE leaving the parking lot. She called 24 hours (3/11/2025) after leaving the store to complain the vape was no longer working, I very politely told her the store and state policy and unfortunately since it’s been over 24 hours and already left the parking lot there is legally nothing we can do for her further. She did not like that answer and resorted to calling us horrible names such as “*****”and “*******.” Because I refused to budge on store and state policies. She was denied her exchange and then banned from the store due to verbally assaulting management.
