  February 21st, ****. It was 5:09 PM. My wife had just died in my arms. I was now a widower. I was 34 years old and to say I was devastated is the understatement of the century. It took me 15 years to put the pieces back together alone! I found myself wondering what would my grief journey have been like, if I had had the knowledge, tools and techniques I have picked up over the years. I wondered if I could make a difference to other widowers who were out there alone and suffering like I was.************************* of Achieve Today is helping me find out. He has shown me how to be a coach. Hes so knowledgeable. Hes easy to talk to, doesnt mind my constant interruptions with questions, his teaching techniques make it easy to remember what is important to remember. Hes an all round great guy! Hes everything I want to be in a coach! Let me give you an example. On a scheduled session I confided to **** about a dream Id had about my late wife and how I felt like Id fallen off a cliff. I was struggling like it was just yesterday my wife had died. He didnt skip a beat we got this he said. We then spent the time using a few of the techniques hed been teaching. During the session the techniques worked and I saw a burst of light as those raw emotions, my fears were released. It was literally night and day difference! And in minutes!I cant say enough about **** and about Achieve Today!

  I would like to share with others how compassionate and emotionally intend ******************************** is as a Counselor. She does phone sessions which incredibly better than what I had hoped it would be. She quickly related to my situation and was able to help me work through sone emotions I had held onto my entire life that was bothering me still as an adult. While starting a new career I really wanted to do, this was holding me back and it is delightful to find a way to work past it. She is wonderful and very intuitive. I would recommend her for any situation you want to improve.

  An eye opening experience! I connected with *******, she was amazing. She genuinely connects with you to identify known/unknown mental blocks. There is plenty of materials in the course to work at your own pace. Great program, highly recommend!

  This program continually blows my mind! The coaching is top notch, the modules progress with deepened learning and understanding, and the sense of fulfillment isn't some prize at the end of the program - it's attainable within each module. The growth I've experienced in a short six weeks far surpasses the years of therapy I've recieved. I'm incredibly grateful for Achieve and all for them following their mission to serve others!

  The attitude change for me has been great. I now realize life is good. Things happen but you can make the best of them and move forward. Believing that you can accomplish things is huge. And I now believe that I can do great things! You can make a great life for yourself it is your choice. Believing in yourself. Before coaching, life was just busy it was more just working and doing what others expected me to do. I did not feel I could do what I wanted to do. I just felt like I was doing things that was required of me. I just could not plan to do what I wanted. I was pulled in so many directions it was always the outside dictating what I did and I was just getting through everyday. I was beating up on myself and just getting by not planning. Now I have spent more time with my kids I spent the weekend and watched baseball and I have NEVER taken the time for me and now I am doing that. It has changed the ATTITUDE and that has changed everything for me. I can choose what I need to do. I have found a way to put myself first. Before this I was low energy and close to depression. I have more energy now and I am so much more happier. Its just a whole different feeling in a good way. I am more relaxed when things happen and come up I no longer get fired up in a bad way I am more calm and that puts me in a flow.

  I came to Achieve because I was looking to get past some road blocks in my life. Thankfully, my coach ***, and the program were able to successfully help me. The materials were clear and easy to understand though they challenged me personally. I definitely had homework to do! On our calls, *** seemed to know just the right words to help me see my blinds spot or spur me on. While I came to the program for professional reasons, it helped in all areas of my life. Now, I am having a great time developing my new business. While I am glad to be able to continue to reach out to the team, I know already a years long blockage has been removed. Thank you *** & Achieve!

  I love the clearing that we have done in the program! They have really helped me let go of negative thoughts and emotions. I did not know how to get rid of the negative emotions. Though this program I have learned Tapping, Ho Opono Pono the way we clear emotions has been powerful. For me getting rid of the negative thoughts and emotions "Clearings" has been powerful. The weekly calls have helped me to keep track of things and learn new things and be more positive. I also loved the vision board that is one of my favorite parts as well. 369 visualization technique has been powerful as well! Thank You!

  I sought out a coaching program to help with numerous unhealthy or ineffective issues that were repeatedly showing up in my life. Once I was accepted into the Achieve Today coaching program, the early outcomes have been dramatic. I have regained a very powerful sense of presence in the current moment, along with the opportunity to see and feel the joy and fulfillment that comes with being present. The stories of my childhood, early life and three decades of military experiences no longer drive my focus and behaviors. I have regained a level of control over my own mind that I did not previously understand was possible. That level of control has given me an incredible sense of empowerment and optimism. My coach has done a fantastic job of helping me to own the responsibility I have for creating what I want on a minute-by-minute and daily basis. That relationship has been one of empowering me with the skills and habits to make the changes organic to me. This isn't a program where there is some sort of mutual dependency that develops. This is genuine self-empowerment through the development of the skills and habits that get the kind of results that I want and that I will possess for the rest of my life. His advice that "if I sincerely apply myself, it (the coaching program) cannot do anything but work successfully" has been absolutely accurate. I'm not going to pretend that the work so far has been easy or didn't require a tremendous amount of focus, effort and commitment to the exercises. However, the sense of control, gratitude and optimism that I feel on a consistent and enduring basis (despite frequently encountering things that used to fire me up) is priceless for me personally. This is living in a way that I did not fully understand was possible and is oh so enjoyable. I am very excited about completing the next two-thirds of the program, because if it is anything like the first one-third, it will be epic.

  After several sessions with *******, I have a collection of Books and modules that are aligned for my personal development.With each coaching session I am a better version than I was yesterday working on how I feel and how I can be better. Knowing what I should do and doing It are two different things and ******** helps bring everything into light. We all need goals this is what helps us stay focused and be better at serving others. ******** helps you to understand why we do what we do, sounds simple but in reality, we all have battles and knowing how to handle each of them will take you further than you have ever thought.She is very attentive, will listen and share insight. We can learn from others when we truly want a greater version of ourselves to come alive.******* has helped me to realize we are all on a journey and exactly where we need to be right now, we all have history and a past, we have limited beliefs and we have all been told we can and cannot do something, But this does not define who we are, and we all can be greater it's in us we just need some guidance and direction.Thanks, you ******** for your guidance and time is helping me to achieve great things in life weather personal, a better relationship, more success and helping me to be more aware of my conversation and what I choose to focus on.With much GRATITUDE!!*******
