    I purchased a car from Versus in July. I purchased with it an extended warranty, eligible for refund (pro-rated) if cancelled later-on. The extended warranty was provided by Endurance. In December of last year, I traded the car in, and requested in late December a refund of the pro-rated warranty cost, which Endurance confirmed should be $893.86 and I was to receive this check from Versus.I've been exchanging emails and texts with both Versus, and Endurance - and have not received the check/refund. To top it off, they now aren't responding.In the email I'm attaching, you will see the email from > Cancellations <********************************> - Sent: Tuesday, February 21, 2023 8:29 AM... that they confirm the amount, advise check was sent end of January. Versus claims to have not received it.
