    Worst customer service ever!! I placed an order November 4 and tracking status said it was delivered November 15. I contacted them because I never received the product I paid for. They sent an email December 4 that I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. I never received the refund and have emailed several more times with no response. I just spent over an hour on hold with Nutraprice, listening the recorded music and a recording tell me to please hold on, my call was very important and the next available representative would take my call. I will NEVER use this company again and plan to tell anyone and everyone I can no to!!!!

    I ordered olive oil - failed to ship timely - then said lost - BE AWARE OF THESE FOLKS - they don't follow through nor do they tell the truth...

    Placed an order on March 29, 2023. Stated the order shipped on March 30, 2023. Order never left their warehouse. For 2 weeks, it stated the label was created. I emailed and stated that we have never received the order and the tracking was not updated. They said it was on the way. The next day I checked the tracking again and it was still not moving. Emailed and said that I wanted a refund for the order shipping. They ended up giving a refund for the whole order. BUYER BE WARE.

    On 20 Oct 22 I placed a $75 order with Healthandnutra.com. It was delivered five days later in good condition by **** God answers prayer.

    This is a terrible company. I ordered a product and had high hopes for this company and delivery. I received a notification from ***** that my package would arrive on July 23, 2022 and it did not. I noticed that on the tracking notification it stated pending with no date. I contacted ***** and they had no answers or updates on where my package was. I was now frustrated and did not know what to do at this point. I than contacted Nutra Health by phone twice and received no customer service. Next, I emailed them about wanting a refund and explained what happened. They replied and told me that I was inaccurate because my package will arrive on July 27, 2022. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable and disturbing. As a customer I was flat out told I was inaccurate instead of receiving an apology for the troubles. I still demanded a refund even after they told me the changed delivery date. This is completely unfair and they never sent me an email of when my package will arrive.
