    This company is absolutely terrible. They have no customer service phone number to reach them. The only way to reach them is through email. I had sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel my subscription way before another shipment was to be sent, and what do they do.charge my account and send it anyway. They owe me money. They have absolutely no problem taking your money but have a problem accepting responsibility for their actions of not sending a label to take their product back due to their error of sending it out after I asked them NOT TO!!! This is absolutely unacceptable practice and horrific customer service. They thrive on taking peoples money and stingy on refunds. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY TO GET INVOLVED WITH!!!DONT DO IT!!!I would have chosen zero stars.

While we currently do not offer phone support, we strive to respond to all messages promptly and thoroughly. That said, we truly regret any delay or confusion that occurred during this process.According to our records, we did receive your cancellation request; however, it arrived after the order had already been processed for shipment. In these cases, we offer a return solution to our customers.We've since provided return instructions in response to your latest email and offered to waive any return fees in an effort to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.We truly appreciate your feedback.     I am new to trying this product, being 'influenced' by an affiliate and wanted to give a chance for my personal needs. What initially concerns me is that there is no business contact information, ie: office location, telephone numbers, live chat, hours.... NOTHING!!! I'm sure the thousands in sales ***** me but overall how is it that a company doesn't provide public knowledge information to the public? I've tried many avenues and am feeling leery of this company.

    Their policy is money back guarantee. They received a partial month of product back plus an unopened month of product but yet after weeks of emails will only give me credit for one month. They want to know if I took a pic of inside of box to prove what was in there. No I did but and WhY would I do that? Their instruction was to put both order numbers on outside of box which I did. Agsin they want proof of that. My goodness this is ridiculous and they owe me $156. Please help me get my money back.

After you informed us that you intended to return six items, our returns team conducted a thorough review, including checking our camera footage, which confirmed that only three items were in the box.To address your concerns, we offered store credit for the remaining items, which you chose not to accept. However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, we went ahead and processed a full refund for the entire order, despite not receiving all the items.We value your business and hope this resolution meets your expectations.
