Ordered a family gift that they ruined. My husband ordered 2. Got his correct order. I ordered 1 and received wrap arounds when I ordered in ear. I reached out. They said I should receive my correct ear buds between 12/20 and 12/28. I've tried ********* site contact, and email. In already upser they ruined the family gift now no one will contact me. This is literally the worst company ever. I bought their products for years, they were literally all I bought. The quality went far downhill, super fast. And the customer service is trash. I waited about a year for their chargers for a product to be in stock, then once they were finally in stock, despite giving the link to the charger I needed the customer service didnt specify which charger to buy. So I didnt know I needed to click on the other one until I quickly purchased, all excited that they were finally in stock. So I immediately messaged them to please exchange it for the correct one, which is the same price. Not more than 2 hrs later I read a response email saying they cannot change any orders, it will have to be delivered and I will have to pay for shipping or refuse the package within 14 days of purchase. Mind you, it takes about 10 days to be deliveredand its impossible to refuse the package since they dont label it as being shipped from their company. Upon reading reviews, I noticed I was lucky to have even received it at all, and even after returning to sender, I never received my refund. Scam artist of a company. And I found a charger that would work for my product by the way. Didnt even get to use the headphones due to my dog getting to the charger that came with it before even charging the headphones, and when I finally got to charge them after a year of collecting dust, they didnt even work. Only one side would pair with Bluetooth. So literally got completely messed over on both my purchases. Then my ex informed me his had the same problem too. This company needs to be shut down, seriously terrible company now.Skullcandy, Inc.

I ordered a pair of $230 headphones and had an issues with them ******* told me to send them back with the prepaid label and they would send a new pair i sent back my old pair and haven't received my new pair yet and now im being told I have to file out the warranty claim and send back the headphones that's a little to late and now its hard to get in touch with them.Skullcandy, Inc.

The Skullcandy in the *** earbuds that I purchased in December of ********************************************************************** and out now the left earbuds seems to have a short in it I went on mine uploaded my receipt for warranty claim over two weeks ago and have not heard one word back from them then I call the ***** number to get help and I get a rude employee who hangs up on me and doesn't want to listen so now I'm out $80 on a pair of earbuds that are doing nothing but collecting dust and I can't get my warranty claim responded to do not buy anything from Skullcandy their people are rude their websites send you around in a 360 circle making it all but impossible to put in a warranty claim and then when you do you get no response back.Skullcandy, Inc.

Bought a pair of wireless headphones from Skullcandy via BestBuy in FEB 22. They broke in JUN 22. I used the warranty to return them to Skullcandy warranty facility. In JUL ************************************************************ a $60 coupon to use on their website. I bought the $80 ***** headphones with 2 year protection plan and accident coverage for an additional $24. That's a total $104. The ***** headphones lasted 5 1/2 months. I returned these to the warranty facility too. I was told the ***** headphones were out of stock too, and was offered a $60 voucher for their website ONLY. The only correspondence from Skullcandy was via a no-reply email.I want a refund because of the number of issues I have had with these products. The cost of the warranty appears to have been a waste of time. I am frankly insulted Skullcandy is offering a refund for LESS than the cost of my returned ***** headphones.Skullcandy, Inc.

Shows how clueless and stupid you are. I've been dealing with your website for the last three days and no one will issue me a refund. They keep telling me to go to ******* to get the refund. Why should ******* eat it on your crappy product? You are apparently completely unwilling to stand by your product and issue me an $80 refund on my product. I have a copy of the receipt and everything. I don't want another pair of your crappy earphones. I want my money back. Bought my first set of blue tooth headphone that lasted maybe 2-3 months until the collapsible component’s of the unit completely broke and rendered them useless. Submitted the warranty claim where I was told a new set was shipped with a tracking number. Try to track the item and told by USPS that it’s invalid. About two weeks later after reaching out I’m informed the sesh headphones were discontinued and I was given a credit. I replaced those head phones with sesh ear buds that lasted again only 2 months, when the right bud stopped connecting to my phone and rendered these also useless. It’s great that they have a warranty, but not great that their product last a couple of months at best and you’re responsible for paying to ship the defective items back to them. Incredible that they keep collaborating with these huge brands for a company that has a horrible product.Skullcandy, Inc.
