      Brought my car in for a transmission problem. Charged $200 to diagnose. They were unable to diagnose, but managed to find $4600 worth of other problems. I picked up the car and same issue. After bringing it back, took them 2 days to finally get it going and another $1000. The reason that they gave me for the transmission was total ***** I called a dealer and they stated so. They also gave me bs on my spark plugs-stated they can't evaluate them because they didn't know the condition when first installed- IT'S NEW-you idiots. Should have taken the car to ********* in ***--highly recommended. They pulled a plug and stated no carbon deposits-so good for a little longer. Mercer must think everyone who comes to them must have fallen out of a turnip truck. Be smart and never, ever go there-as I will never return and make sure everyone knows about their shadiness.So if you want to visit an incompetent shop that will blatantly lie to you, and spend crazy money-this is the place.They even have a tip jar---which should be a complaint jar-what nerve!
