    While eating the pancakes from this company, I found a hard piece of plastic in my mouth that was in their product. It's white, sharp and the size of a dime. I still have it. I contacted the company and told them about it. They offered to send me more products which is ridiculous. If I'm eating, your pancakes that is contaminated with foreign objects why would I want more? I replied to them, no thanks and instead requested a visa gift card in the same amount of the care package they wanted to mail out. They stated no. I threw out the rest of the product, so it was lost money for me to purchase their product. I bought this from the bulk store, in a big quantity. It's not too much to ask to have that refunded with the value of the other package goods they were willing to throw together and ship. It's pretty gross and dangerous for people to have same sharp pieces of plastic in their mouth. This company doesn't understand that.

    The Kodiak Cakes phone # voice mail is full. I cannot leave a message.They don't answer their phone. This is a terrible way for a company to operate I purchased 4 pkgs of Blueberry Muffin Mix they were absolutely terrible & they didn t hv any blueberries in them. I wld like the company to replace them

    We apologize that we were unable to answer your call. Our offices were closed for a company wide retreat and we were unable to respond to all voicemails before it filled. We have updated our system and there should not be any issues moving forward. 

    Our team will reach out separately to rectify the situation as we would like to address this product issue with our manufacturers. We take all product complaints very seriously and create cases for each one with detailed information. We will ensure that the product purchased is replaced with product that you are happy with.

    Hi,
    It has been two weeks since I contacted Kodiak Cakes.
    I sent them an email, left my phone number, but no
    response.  A consumer is not able to get thru or leave
    a message at their phone number.
    Can you please have them contact me.

    If I do not receive a response I will contact the ******* Attorney General's
    Fraud Department.
    This company has no customer service.

    I have spoken to June and we have come to a resolution. We will be replacing her product and sending additional product to help rectify the situation. We have since fixed our voicemail box issue and there should be no issues moving forward.
