    I am writing to bring to your attention several concerns I have regarding my timeshare ownership with Park Regency. For the past several months, I have received statements from Park Regency without any substantive communication addressing the issues I am currently facing. During the initial sales presentation, I felt subjected to various high-pressure sales techniques that ultimately influenced my decision to sign the contract. Unfortunately, the lengthy and intense presentation did not allow me to fully comprehend the stipulations of the agreement. It has come to my attention, only after the purchase, that there exists a rescission period, of which I was not adequately informed by your representative. After acquiring the timeshare, significant life changes - such as my retirement and the passing of my wife, Nanette, in 2018 - have forced me into sudden and drastic financial adjustments. Despite these challenges, Park Regency's communication has predominantly revolved around collecting payments and sending my account to collection agencies, with minimal assistance provided to address my concerns as an owner. Considering the aforementioned circumstances, I find myself in a difficult financial position, relying solely on a fixed income. Therefore, my primary request is for the cancellation of my timeshare, relieving me of any further financial obligations to Park Regency. I believe a cancellation agreement would be a fair resolution for both parties. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and anticipate a timely response outlining the steps and conditions for the cancellation process. Your cooperation in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your immediate attention to this formal complaint. I look forward to your prompt response.
