      I signed up for Wicked Fast Internet in May of this year. I paid $2,000 for a "point to point" connection because I was told by Trevor, the business owner, that this would result in speeds of at least 500 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload, with 750 Mbps download/upload being more likely. (See the attached screenshot of a text message Trevor sent me, which promises this.)

      He also told me that the tower was going to be upgraded to achieve even higher speeds of 950 Mbps up/down. This was a major reason I decided to pay such a high price. Trevor said this would be completed in May or early June. However, it is now December and it still hasn't been done, despite repeated requests. (See the attached screenshot with evidence of his promise to upgrade the tower in May.)

      What's more, I've had frequent connection problems since I've had this service. Each time I text or call them, they say they are "escalating to engineering" to fix the issues, but they never follow up and the problem is never fixed. I have screenshots of text messages to prove this.

      I would like the tower to be upgraded as I was promised more than 6 months ago. I would also like a partial refund of the $2,000 I paid for the point to point connection, since they never upgraded the tower as they said they would, and since the service has been extremely unreliable and they have been unresponsive and unwilling to fix it.
