      I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an urgent order ahead of a trade show, and unknowingly entered the wrong billing ZIP code. I didnt hear anything back for three daysonly then did they notify me that the card had been declined and they won't do further buisness with me. At that point, I asked to fix the issue or provide a different credit card, but they refused to let me reattempt the order. There was no one to speak to properly, no effort to resolve the situation, and I was treated as if I was a dangerous criminal. I lost three valuable days assuming the order was being processed, only to be left without the product and no time to source it elsewhere. Their customer service was rigid and unhelpful, and I won't be ordering from them again.

      This is a fraudulent claim from someone trying to pay with a credit card that alerted us to potential fraud the moment it was made. We were in communication with this fraudulent customer. 

       

      This is a bullying attempt from someone that is mad we did not allow a fraudulent order with us. This person is NOT even a customer of ours.

      Hi *****,

      You placed your order on Sunday night when we were not in the office. 
      You placed the order late without speaking to anyone to confirm if the due date was possible. 
       We reached out to you asap to explain the card you used was flagged by the card company as potential fraud.
      We were in contact with you Monday, Tuesday and we even spoke this morning. We explained the card was tagged as potential fraud and that we were canceling the quote and issuing a refund.  
       We reached out to you asap to explain the card you used was flagged by the card company as potential fraud.
      We have records us communicating with you Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (today)
      We are not going to ignore warnings from credit card providers.
