  The location was outstanding, the gondola was right out the front door. It also had all the amenities you would want; hot tub, heated pool, and ski locker with boot warmers.

  We were supposed to come and stay here and were looking forward it. Unfortunately, our son got hand food and mouth virus the day before the trip. His symptoms were mild but given how contagious it is, out of respect to all guests on the property, we decided to stay home. Our son was devastated as hes been asking to go to the snow all season. It was also supposed to snow and it did. We didnt purchase the insurance and we had no intention of not going. We didnt want to be disrespectful to other guests. Many others would have gone in our place but thats not how we are and we treat people the way we want to be treated. We called the lodge and explained what happened only to hear that sorry no insurance no exceptions. We didnt ask for a refund, we simply asked if we can get a credit or partial credit or some kind of discount for future stay. The person on the phone was short. Again, we could have gone but we are not the kind of people who would such a thing knowing that hand foot and mouth is contagious. Very disappointed in this place. No human kindness here.

  It's just a hotel room. Not much luxury at all. I mean I guess the ski valet is nice but other than that it's just like any other hotel. The convenience of being next to the lift , shops and restaurants is nice. But I've been to other resorts with similar set-*** , the rooms were way nicer, and paid less. It's fine. Not terrible. I just don't think it's worth the price they charge.

  Location: Perfect, right in the middle of the Canyon Village. Situated directly across the street from the ******. Walk out of the lobby and immediately have access to: the property ski valet, various options to rent ski equipment, ********* breakfast/coffee/lunch, the lifts, and shopping. On the 1st and 3rd floor, there are outdoor hot tubs (1st and 3rd floor) and pool (1st floor). The unit itself (one BR, one BA, one pull out couch) was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. We loved our long weekend stay here. Did not love: arrival in the evening to find no one at the front desk. I had to rely on the written instructions (a bit wordy) to find the lock box with the keys inside. You need the key fob to get into the building and also to enter your unit. Also, calling the main number results in no human contact.Overall, we are very happy with our stay here and will glad rent from them again. The unit was perfectly sized and well furnished for our purposes. It was well located near skiing, shopping, and eating (the main things we do in *********).

  completely misleading description and pictures on their rental site as well as vrbo.Advertised as a luxury rental, there were so many things wrong that we moved out and paid for another room at the ********. In addition, ******* in reservations is horrible. Do not fall for this scam. apt is a 3 star room, not 5
