    I placed an order in February and have contacted them on three separate occasions regarding my order but their customer support lines have been pulled down. In addition, I have asked them to cancel my order via their email address with no response or resolution. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card number. Very disappointed.

    Spent over $400 on a product that has never been delivered and they refuse to answer support tickets or respond to tweets asking about my orders. Its been 3 months since my order.

    This company are the absolute worst I've ever had the misfortune I To use. Their website has no working support links for returns and even their phone number has a "this person's mailbox is Full" response!!!!!! Avoid at all costs the order process is the only working link... They are thieves.
